  • Progress Lock Out

Love medi, but the app stinks. I can log on, but as soon as I scroll to the progress icon, it loads for a split second and then the screen turns white. Have to close the app at that point! I just want to be able to celebrate my success. Apparently, from my phone, It’s not an option to track progress on web page anymore. You have to do app. Since it’s corona, I’m not seeing this in telehealth visits so please fix the app! Also, why is it called SPW once you download. Maybe call it Medi?
  • Frustrated journaling

I have tried many times to use your journal in the app. I am not in maintenance. I still have 20 more pounds to go. However, this is the third time that I’ve tried to use the app to journal.
The app is difficult to use on my phone as all items are not available and the mobile does not allow adding my own foods. I don’t work a job that keeps me in my computer all day. When I sit in front of my computer twice a week I can’t always recall my foods. The mobile app has to be more user friendly to be worth it. I’ve abandoned my notebook method to use the app and have been sorely disappointed. If you’re going to provide tools, they must work and count properly for acute plan as well.
  • Accuracy

The app doesn’t always update with the data from your actual appointment. It also does not update immediately, can sometimes take 2 days before you see your numbers from your weekly appointments. The desktop login is more accurate than the app. There are features with the app that do not update at all, from your weekly progress. You are unable to easily journal and log foods and beverages. This app needs a lot of work. This app would be great if it permitted the user to update information that is inaccurate and if it automatically synced with the office visit and if it also interstates with other popular health apps.
  • Weight History not working

I have been on this program since November 15th and I am still checking in weekly. But when I go to Miami weight history I only show info from Nov. 15th to January 12th. This is extremely frustrating because I stopped saving the little pieces of paper I got each week because I was told I could see it in the app and it’s not.
  • Terrible app

Probably the worst app ever. Barely populates any foods into the journal. Hard to configure barcode scanner. Often has an ‘error, try again later’.
  • Stopped Working

App was fine but now it's useless. Most of the time it crashes, and when it does launch, it doesn't show any of my check-ins after November. What's worse is the mobile site auto directs you to the app, so tracking on a phone is useless.
  • Sleeping app

Never opens and always slow if you attempt to open it
  • Not a great app

This app works for a while but it stops after you add a few items to your journal.
  • Terrible

This app is horrible! Appointment info is never current, journal feature is lousy, and I can no longer print out my progress for my doctor. Why did you remove this info from the patient portal? If you want patients to have access to an app, fine, but I, for one, am not married to my phone and prefer to have access to my info off the website. Why can we not have both? Have voiced my concerns to my provider about this, and at my appointment today, we couldn’t even access the app because it just keeps throwing you out! Bring back the portal!!!
  • Horrible app

What a horrible app!!! On top of all the other complaints by users. Now it just kicks me out!!
I agree 100% with one reviewer. With all the money they make!!!!! What is up MEDI. Your increased price in your injection shots are ridiculous too!! Get it together. Don’t get money hungry and not provide quality
