  • Doesn’t work

This app has never worked, and the website isn’t much better. Login says error, try again later, even though password is correct. When I try to reset password anyway, I get a string of code in the screen.
  • Wont allow me to logon

If I could put 0 stars I would. I have reset my password multiple times because it says that my credentials are wrong. The email is definitely right and I have reset my password to appease the app and nothing. Well, the credentials aren’t wrong now and still cannot login. Big time Fail!
  • Not user friendly

Has potential but needs some more refinement. I can’t confidently recommend this app for our patients to journal their daily food intake because it’s not user friendly yet. We have had numerous patients give us feedback that they prefer to write down in journal or use my fitness pal or my plate. Please get the journal function up to speed.
  • A big big mess

Where do I even start. As a returning member I was told I cannot use my old password from the website and was provided a registration number. As it did not work I tried using my old password and to my surprise , I was able to log in. The app itself it horrendous , for all the money they make, how could this company not develop a decent , I’m not even asking for a good app, but a decent app??? I don’t get it. Well, to my surprise once again, I now cannot get into the app today with the old password as I did yesterday. So I tried the new registration number and that didn’t work either. Just so disappointed as I had planned to review recipes this weekend. Just awful planning on their part. Cannot get into the website either as it keeps directing me back to the app???? Ridiculous.
  • App needs a lot of work.

This app barely earns 2 stars... there are many issues that must be resolved. It seems whosever developed and/ or approved this app for release has never USED it as a patient. This app doesn’t support iOS dark mode. Thus if you use dark mode you won’t be able to see what you are typing. Next the food database is inconsistent and incomplete. For example: I had 4 oz of pork tenderloin this evening. The only portion options were 1 pound or 1 roast. This would be fine if the servings screen would allow anything but whole numbers. You can’t put .25 serving or any fraction. You must pick whole numbers for serving size. And since I didn’t eat an entire roast, I couldn’t enter this item properly. Next, there are hit and miss instances where the app won’t connect to Medi’s system. The ‘please try again later’ message is becoming very familiar. Last, my data is not being seen by the nurses at the clinic. It is supposed to upload to my chart but isn’t. I’m happy to see Medi finally taking the leap away from the paper journals, but this has to be improved ASAP as people will abandon the app very quickly. If that happens, think of the lost investment Medi made in developing something that could have been marvelous.
  • Recipes

Access to recipes is limited, can only see 5 recipes on the entire app? Was hoping to be able to plan meals and add to grocery list.
  • Troublesome

This App does not work well at all. One moment you can log in and it works fine. The next minute it tells you there is an invalid login. Also, you cannot see what you’re typing when searching foods not can you filter the food recipes. And the journaling is too cumbersome. I will just google my and utilize tools I find.
  • Very Disappointing

After waiting for several months for this app to be released I am very disappointed with what they released. It’s very buggy and not user friendly. The food journal is useless!! You can’t select your serving size so the calorie count is wrong. It’s so not easy to get to yet I would think that would be the top reason people are using it. There is no option to scan food either. Also, the progress is backwards. Weight gain shows as a red down arrow and weight loss as a green up arrow. My appointment reminder showed incorrectly for several weeks. I have offered to be an end user tester but so far no one has taken me up on my offer. They should have waited and release a better product.
  • Not very good

I was super excited to see an app as I use my phone for everything and felt it would be easier to track where I am using my phone. First off when I go to journal food I can’t see what I’m typing when I look up food. The food items are either missing the calorie and/or protein information so I find myself going back to try to find the “right fit”. Further under the journal my date keeps showing as 2019 and I have no way of changing that. The selection for the drop down for the dates are grayed out so I have no way of changing the year. To make matters worse I went to get weighed in this past Friday and it has not updated my progress. I logged out and logged back in and also updated the app. Nothing I do will update my progress. There should be a barcode scanner option when you are logging foods. As much as I hate using the hand written journal provided by the clinic I feel I have no choice and will delete the app until it works better.
