Amazing app - made by ONE man
James has done an amazing job at creating a new API that is eons faster and more reliable than the Tesla one. Basic actions execute faster and more often.
The ability to track every drive, charge, and battery health as well as export all data in CSV format is an incredibly useful tool for us nerds. No app compares to Tessie, it has saved me countless times when needing to find details about car location history for turo rentals and tax time for calculating uber miles driven.

There is a one off payment, but Tesla will begin charging Tessie weekly for your app usage soon, so there will be no way to get the one off payment cheaper. Sorry friend.Nothing is special. Tesla’s app is way better.
Nothing is special with this app. It’s a copy of Tesla app with the same features: only difference is they charge a subscription fee on top of that.ilan arayan

Tessie adds drive tracking, battery health management, and an Apple Watch app, amongst other things, to your Tesla. These things are not provided by Tesla or the Tesla app.Simply the best

I'm able to see and catalog/label every drive I've ever taken in my telsa.
The automations are reliable, and so much fun to use.
Every time I've thought of something I wish Tessie would do, the support team either points out that it can already be done, or works at getting it implemented.

Excellent application with constantly updated features
I utilize this application on a daily basis to view metrics about my Tesla (charging stats, driving history, etc). I also use it to automate many things that don't exist in the official Tesla app like preconditioning schedule. The cherry on top recently was bluetooth access from my watch to unlock my car.

The automations are one of it’s best features. Want your car cooled/heated when you are ready to leave the gym? Just set up an automation. Want to make sure you never forget dog mode? Just set up an automation.
Importing existing data from other popular Tesla apps/services is very easy.

Everything the Tesla app should have
This app is so well-designed and has a lot of big improvements over the Tesla app. I like that it shows a more realistic range for my current battery level, and that it shows a more accurate estimate of what each trip is costing me (plus easy tagging for business people), but the best feature is the reminder that you forgot to plug it in! I have mine set for 9pm each evening and I’m sure it’ll save me a lot of trouble and expense just for that feature that will more than pay for the reasonable price of the app. Thanks!!!Show lessSemantix
Crippleware - can’t use anything until you pay
Useless unless you pay. Everything of interest requires payment. Trip history, battery, charge history etc. Can’t even try before you buy..geoffreysau

You can tap the "Try Free & Subscribe" button on the activation screen to start a free trial (Apple requires all apps on the App Store to work this way.) If you've already had a trial, that button won't appear, but if you want another free trial you can start one at tessie.com on your desktop.
