I signed up thinking it might be fun to learn a new technique. Little did I know how much I would love this style of painting. Michael’s videos are fabulous.
I’m inspired to try different types of painting. Before, I only did flowers and landscapes. I just finished Michael’s champagne glass and I am astounded at how it turned out. My hand is no where near as steady as his, but, I’m old, and he is not! Still, I’m so happy with the outcome of mine.

MJS TV has exceeded my expectations. The content is amazing - I have learned so much that I have not seen anywhere else. My painting has improved as a result. And the technology works, so there is no frustration with constant buffering or other problems. You can also see the palette and the painting in progress at the same time, so you know how to mix the colors he is using and you have a clear view of brushstrokes.
I highly recommend this to anyone who is serious about improving their painting skills. He is an excellent teacher and tells you every step of the way what materials he is using and how he creating the effects. You will not be disappointed. He goes into detail about colors and how to mix them to get desired results. Seems genuinely interested that his students learn proper technique.
I try to paint as he teaches. If not his soft relaxed voice and moments of silence cause me to drift and sometimes nod off, but it is not his fault I am ADHD Big time.
I highly recommend any level of artist from beginner to professional artist to try him out. He truly is a incredibly talented artist.Show lessCdgarner
