Helpful in planning trips

Pretty bad
It has a 1.4 rating. You’d think the developers would realize they need to fix (at this point redo) the app. Everyone can’t be wrong. Camera always disconnects (if it ever connects in the first place), take forever to load the gallery, and has a hard time updating. It isn’t user friendly and it’s cumbersome. Doubt I’ll buy an escort again. It’s just too frustrating and I can’t depend on it at all. And no, it’s not our phones. Take some responsibility, look at these reviews, and do the right thing and fix this piece of garbage.Ynottt
Not compatible with my Escort Redline 360 C
This App needs lots improvement and lots of work. It’s not compatible with my escrow red line 360. See this app needs a lot of work. It needs constant updates to the app constantly to get everything resolved. Any updates constantly like every other week or so. This app is great but needs lots of work and improvement.chehab1
Not compatible
It seems the app is not compatible with RAM uConnect when using Apple CarPlay over Bluetooth versus being plugged in. When I try to view the video screen live on my phone it cuts out the Apple car play or just will not allow the video to show on the phone.
Love the app and have not had any problems with it until I got my new truck.

Can’t even set up an account
I downloaded the app but there’s no way to create an account to use the app, you can put all your information but after that there’s no button to continue. I can’t believe that Cobra uses this people for IT support, this ap is garbageCarasol
Won’t connect to Bluetooth
App won’t connect. Can’t get live stream video. I have the SC400. With rear view camera. I’m a professional driver. I spent over $400 for this camera. I got it to be safe, and protected from drivers while I’m on the road. Everything it says it does…. It doesn’t!!!!! You get what you pay for. Me paying a good dollar for this camera, it should work as intended. I’m seeing the response from the company on some of your issues. And from their response, I’ve done everything. So, it obvious that what they’re telling us to do, isn’t working. Especially when you have thousands of ppl saying the same thing. The issues aren’t our phones, it’s the app, and firmware updates. So, Cobra needs to fix this ASAP.ThaChosN1
App needs work
Love my detector and the M2 camera from Escort seems like great quality. The app however needs a lot of work. Not intuitive to use, need to be able to delete multiple videos, should work via Bluetooth not wifi. Time won’t correct from am to pm. I love Escort priciest, but the app is terrible.PhiGam man
