Totally useless trash
All these bad reviews and you still haven’t fixed the problems! I’m a truck driver and I need to be able to pull the video up on my phone right then and there and can’t do it! Hard to use.
So here’s the thing. Everything does work. Just maybe not the first or second time you try it. There is a specific way to add and connect to devices that isn’t explained well anywhere. Could likely use a manual or at least some walkthrough on how to do basic things in the app. Calling customer service helped a lot. They got me connected, but I feel like it should be easier.Shiznatcrzy

I don’t write reviews but had to for this junk!! Pure waste of energy. Whoever wrote this software should be imprisoned for impersonating someone with skills. His/her boss should also be terminated for not checking and monitoring what his team is doing. Only Horrible management would accept this crap!!Wont take my name!
Unsat for the price of the hardware
After purchasing Redline360 and M2 dashcam, nothing but problems both with updating the redline as well as accessing the recordings and live view function of the M2. For the price paid for supposedly “superior” products, the app functionality is some of the worst that I’ve seen. Ready to get a less capable detector and camera that actually works with its app the way that it’s supposed to. The minuscule performance increase claimed for the hardware is not worth the frustration induced trying to work with its “supporting” aps.

Any 13 year old can write a better app
This app, just as the Escort Live app is so embarrassing. I have no idea how a company that produces highly rated radar detectors can’t hire someone who can design and program an app. When the detectors first had Bluetooth years ago, I understood the app was new. Now years later the apps are just as crappy. To this day I haven’t been able to pair the Max360c MKIi to iPhone hotspot mode. I feel if you want to charge for a subscription you should at least provide a useable product. The detector maybe excellent by itself, but if you sell me desires that don’t work I am not happy.MDE71
Worthless
All the negative reviews and yet they still haven’t fixed it. I have my Cobra SC 100 connected via Bluetooth on my iPhone (that I verified several times it was connected and staying connected) but when I open the app it says device not connected. This app is complete garbage. I can’t use it at all. FIX IT. This is inexcusableBrando280587

I'm not sure I wanted a dashcam, but I'm so glad my husband convinced me! I feel much safer! The quality of the video files is so great! The magnetic mounting is very convenient. I updated the firmware by using the app and viewing and downloading the video files by app is so easy! It even has GPS! The rear camera feature is fantastic. I was amazed by the rear camera's video quality!heidiholg
Works for me!
Installing and setting up my camera took about 10 min. It was super easy and I didn’t have any glitches. I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks and the only issue was it locking up one time. Other than that it has been perfect!jaoihbvgg
Terrible product and app
Don’t know what’s worse the app or the product. I have a SD dash camera that constantly loses connection with the app and phone. God forbid I get into an accident and can retrieve the video from my dash cam. When it loses connection the app won’t recognize the device and I have to uninstall the app and hope that it works after reinstalling. The app and product are so unreliable not worth the 200+ dollars I paid for this.DEMONSLAYER0311
Needs work
The video library needs work, difficult to watch video from within app. Also this app should be have a CarPlay option.bbarn3s
