You can’t even download the videos it doesn’t even upload so you can’t see it on the app app it’s just terrible. They need to fix all the issues they’re having with the app.rai138

So the app worked perfectly for me and my SC 400 I could use the app as my navigation system, now after the most recent update I can’t, I can’t search addresses I can’t send directions to my dash cam. I don’t know what happened and why y’all removed one of the key features that for me to bug the dash cam. The police updates still work but the navigation is gone. Is it coming back?Oj jeryd
Start from scratch
You would think that if people bought a premium dash cam it would come with an app to match. North with this one. I mean seriously I cannot even enter emergency contact info because it say country is required which it is. Accessing the video files. What a joke. Add a max of 3 minute loops in todays world with large micro SSD cards. Give us at least 15 minute loops because going threw hundreds of file to fine what you are looking for is a joke. Seriously. If the camera wasn’t so good I would return it because of the app. Someone over on your end needs to get fired for not listening to the customer. Looks at the rating in the store! App is still buggy after recent update
After version 2.13.2 update was downloaded.
I go in to activate the heads up navigation on my Cobra SC201 dash cam. And when I press “Get Directions” nothing happens, I tap it again, nothing happens. I hope they can fix that on the next update (which I hope is soon). And I know it’s the app because all the other functions on the app work perfectly, my phone is up to date and so is the camera.
Apart from that however everything seems to function ok.#1 car fan
An issue
I have both the radar and dash cam (escort m2) and after the previous update my dash cam stopped recording my speed it always shows 0 mph but my location still works, i already factory reset it and went through all the settings in order for my speed to show in the video and it still stays at 0 mph.OMG_JUST_SHUT_UP
App unable to operate
SC400D camera was working find at the beginning but now I can’t utilize the camera in my iPhone 14 Plus Max , they said it will be fix almost a year and still waiting !!!vitinperu
Terrible app
It’s a bummer because the camera is amazing. Great quality and does everything I wanted a dash cam to do. The app however, is horrible. It pretty much never works. Always fails to connect, I haven’t been able to actually see any of the footage in weeks because the app either never stops loading, fails to connect, or crashes. As a developer I’m not sure how you can clearly see that every review is pretty much saying how awful the app is and nothing is done to fix it. There was an update literally today that fixed zero problems. It’s just crazy. I’m at the point I have to return the camera because what’s the point of having dash cams if you can’t easily access the footage?9598(:4684784688
Connection problem
When you have the camera and radar detector, every start of your journey you need to setup in setting’s connection to the radar detector.
Otherwise you will not see speed limits on the screen.coronac
Still won’t load gallery even after bug fix update
Ever since I got my front and back dash cam I haven’t been able to load the gallery on the app and I was hoping this most recent update would fix that but it still doesn’t workMarc Opperman
Not good
I just got a dash cam with front and back. I downloaded the app and ever since I opened, I’ve just had troubles with it, it saids it’s not connected to the cam, but my cam dings letting me know it is. I push the gallery, but it won’t load for me to see the videos. I don’t know how I’m suppose to save the videos when I can’t even get the app to work right.shaynac8
