Great service
As a new pet mom, I don’t have many resources to find out the best services. I knew my puppy needed grooming, but I wasn’t comfortable dropping them off somewhere random. I love how these groomers come to your home so that your pet is in a comfortable environment! It’s so convenient for me, and I have peace of mind knowing they’re at home during their services. It’s so easy to talk with the groomers and be available for questions! I don’t think I could ever get my puppy groomed any other way!Show lesshannahh311
Don’t fall for this app. It’s a scam!!!!!
We booked an appointment for our dog well in advance of the date. They sent us a text confirmation, assigned us a groomer with a cute picture of her -Alisa. We were all set to receive her. NO SHOW! NO RESPONSE to my repeated text. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, No HUMAN to connect with. I repeatedly texted on the app. NO response. Then I discovered they billed my Amex $15!!!!!! The only option to is to book another groom to get re-scammed!! Buyer beware!!!!Show lessOD202022

This app is incredible! Having the ability to find so many groomers in my area makes getting my dog groomed so easy! It also has led to me finding my permanent groomer for my puppy. There are so many great groomers on this app, you should definitely use it!NYC dogmom
Awesome and Efficient
I was unsure about the process but it ended up exceeding my expectations. I used to have an issue getting a grooming appt for my boy in a reasonable time. I downloaded the app and she was here the next week. Did amazing and for the same price I paid at a certain _smart where he used to go. She brought all of her mobile equipment and he looks better than ever. I will never go back to the old way.Show lessHeidiBjoraas

The service was great for an amazing price but the service is paid in cash yet when you set up your app u must place a card on file as if you are paying through the app so I did but they are still trying to charge the service on my card after I already paid cash. I tried reaching out to customer service and there is no customer service. I tried removing my card and there’s absolutely no way to remove my card. I will have to go through the headache of changing my card number so the attempts can stop.Show lessMama Sow

Incredible app
Pawsh has made grooming our young mini bernedoodle Willow easy as can be. We have been using it for months and always book Uliana. She is kind, professional and really takes her time with the groom. She comes to our apartment, so it really couldn’t be much easier! Highly rec.kmacbladel
Best app ever!!!
It’s wonderful to have someone coming to your own house to take care of the grooming of your furry four legged kid. The app is very easy to use, it gives you various options. I found the best groomer, she is extremely sweet and treats my cat with su much love, I even was able to scheduled her once a month. She cleans up the mess after the service and I don’t even have to worry about having cash handy…she gets paid through the app using my registered credit card info. I can even tip her through it!. Terrible UI and just awful
The app defaults you to all services and when you go back to make your request specific (which I did multiple times) I kept getting the same businesses, and worse, to real specificity on time. I cancelled MANY times through text, and kept getting confirmations as the app had been deleted. They are terrible.Show lessYassir Lester
