Ive used this app 3x now to book with the same groomer, Monica, and all 3 times have been smooth and convenient. My dogs are way more comfortable having an in-home groomer come to the apt. The app allows you to book an appt, chat with the groomer and pay/tip for your appt with ease. I highly recommend this app!Show lessMacrocounter555
Great experience
Had a great experience with my groomer Marta. I will say, I did have an appointment with someone before her and they did not show up. Which I guess speaks more to the individual’s professionalism than the app itself.jesusacostx

As a first timer I am now sold on mobile grooming. I am also pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to do while using this app. I received prompt replies from available groomers and they were very accommodating in scheduling the best appointment time for me. I was also impressed with how quick and easy it was to communicate them. Marta was my groomer today. She arrived on time and did an excellent job with our little Izzy. Great Experience
First time using the app and I am very pleased with my groomer Bianca! Will definitely book her again. She and I had a good conversation from the moment I booked the appointment she responded right away. Even when she had an earlier time for me she reached out to me right away. Bianca was great with my dog! He greeted her like they were old friends! He doesn’t like getting groomed but she was good with keeping him calm. I found my dream groomer on this app. The app is easy to use, schedules professional groomers that do house calls and can be trusted. They follow up with how the service was right after the visit and I am extremely happy with the overall service. Never had one technical issue with this app. Easy to schedule and easy to pay, but most importantly easy for my dog to get groomed at home.Show lesslrfay

Wow, Just Wow!
If you choose to use this app , please understand that there are two kinds of mobile groomers . One that brings a van to your house and does the services in the van ( Mobile) and one that is “home based” which means they will come in your home, use your bath tub, towels, etc. You will be asked to choose which one you want. Never have done done this before I chose “home based” thinking that it meant they bring the van to my “home”.What a nightmare! I have hair in my tub, in the garage, in my kitchen. I would have been better off taking my dog TO the groomers!Show lesspxxee64

I’ve tried for months to book as of groomer with no luck I click on find a groomer put in my information it then says I have to wait 45 mins for them to search if someone is available then they send me a text message saying they found a person and to accept it but when I click on the app the appointment confirmation is no where to be foundShow lesstae2x's
No Show and was still charged, complete rip off
The groomer canceled on us last minute four times, and just keeps rescheduling the appointment without communication. I've asked her to cancel these in the app in addition to her no shows. I am being charged for these appointments even though I never received any services.

Found a great groomer
We are newbie dog owners and found this app when looking for a way to book grooming. Groomer was fantastic and taught me so much in the 1.5 hours she was at my house.Hopeless47
