Not care free at all
Really confused on the process and policy. What are the guidelines for the groomers? How are these things tracked? I books for my pet with intentions of paying through the app but my groomer requested to be paid outside of the app, now I keep getting debits from my account as if the payment east track on the groomers end. Chrissy is AMAZING!!!!! Chloe went from dreadlocks to princess in less than one hour! She smells like a diva, and is acting like one now with her PERFECT haircut 🤦🏻♀️!!!! DEFINITELY recommend!!!! Great grooming
The groomer got back to me right away, and was very nice! My dog always looks cute after and it’s easy to get her an appointment whenever I’m out and about. I love the automatic texting back and forth and the text reminders! My dog never has to wait months to get an appointment anymore. Can’t recommend Pawsh enough!Show lessMewstara

Very easy to schedule a grooming appointment. I’ve picked a groomer based on the price, photos, and reviews. Grooming was done in a stress-free environment, my furry baby looks beautiful, the apartment is spotless. The app was very easy to use. Highly recommend.Julia-green
App is good but groomers will ghost you.
First attempt at hiring a house call groomer and they don’t even show up. I can’t review them on the app because she never completed a service. No communication or notice. I had to call the company to ask them for a refund. Once I canceled the appointment all our correspondence disappeared. The second attempt at scheduling a house call groomer was never confirmed. I like the concept of the app, I just think the groomers are not reliable or profession.Show lessParkeraust

Honestly I hate taking my dog to grooming places just as much as he hates getting groomed. But this app makes it so convenient quick and easy and the groomers are friendly can’t beat it.Maxvargas34
