Issues: 🔘VPN indicator on Home Screen does not reliably tell if VPN is connected or not. After setting up a session I would find that it worked for a while and then went away. This inspires fear in the user since one cannot trust PrivadoVPN to protect you if it crashes and exposes the connection directly. 🔘Unreliable - sometimes drops the VPN without an immediate notification that it is not working. This is a complete failure for those users who are trying to stay away from prying governments since data is exposed. 🔘One of the disadvantages of a zero log VPN seems to be no diagnostic log so developer can’t properly debug. There has to be a middle ground whereby users with problems can turn on debug logs and get them sent to L&G - Strasse while they are deliberately using the product with non-sensitive data. Users are not going to contact support to debug an app that can’t get the basics right. 🔘I love the concept of a zero-log VPN and I was tempted by the premium upgrade cost but when the app is unreliable in its basic function, I could not justify the spend. 🔘Awkward account setup but at least the indecipherable username and complex password were auto transferred to the app startupShow lessJNC23x
Worst account creation process ever
Can’t believe I’m writing this, but setting up an account and logging in to my devices took 40 minutes. They give you a username and password full of symbols, numbers, upper and case. They even put a l so you can’t tell if it’s a L or a 1. Then when you log in they say you can use your email address but that’s not true, and by the time you find out you’ve typed it in at least a dozen times. And they don’t copy your entries to the new login page when it fails, you have to type or what I eventually did copy them to Notes. I kid you not. Your password has to have upper case and symbol too, what’s this a bank? And they’re the only VPN out of a dozen to ask for your full address when entering CC info. Can’t remember a more arduous account creation process out of hundreds/thousands. Haven’t even used the service yet, and am wondering if I should. Unbelievable.Show lessNJacuguy

Privado does not support a kill switch on iOS meaning if it disconnects you have no idea and your browsing is no longer secure. Developers this needs to be rectified/added as a priority.mattwillco

I am a cheapskate and only using the free 10gb but this vpn is far better than any others i have used. Easy access, quick and never let me down so far. I am even thinking of paying for it!!!Roy 970
