Everything is slow
The fans are pretty — love the style! And they are quiet. But to flip the switch and the wait for the fan to come to life, slowly, is annoying. A minor aesthetic issue is plastic diffuser looks a little cheap on a fan that otherwise looks sharp. Now about the app… it’s quite functional if you really need infinite adjustment of fan speed and light intensity. But use requires a login. For security purposes, it makes sense, but if the fans are at a vacation home, it can be another annoyance in using the fan. Plus, at a vacation home it hinders convenient control of the fan by guests. Of course, the old 1-2-3-4 is a password, but maybe the fans/app need a little work.Show lessdaveK:Scientist
Getting Better
Happy to see development of the app. Much better than 1 year ago. Still needs some work. App shows 2 different remotes for my Fan/Light. Scanning either fails. Cannot update or get info.
Still hoping for HomeKit integration. I would 5 star the product to have HomeKit support.
I like Logitech giving HomeKit full support and not requiring an app. When you have a house full of HomeKit friendly devices, it's less optimal to have to go and find an app to match your device then control it though an unusual interface.Show lessBlgN8
Doesn’t work with out wifi
This fan/light is great when wifi is working. But if your wifi reboots or is not working then the fan doesn’t work. Even with the remote. I have paired my remote to the fan but it keeps loosing the pairing so when the fan/light is not on wifi I can use it.Tulipark1&

The app will constantly log you out and once your back in you have to reconnect to the fan/light. Thought it would be a convenience but it’s anything but. Need lights or fan on when guests arrive? Better hope that’s what was already set or your out of luck. I’ve had this for a year+ now, so it’s not a version thing, just a poor product with a low quality app.Show lessVarleyScott

I spent hundreds of dollars to purchase three fans and install them. I was incredulous to find that I had to pay three times, ones for each fan, to operate them remotely. The application is extremely unreliable.I saw another review which stated that it only works about 30% of the time, and this has also been my experience. I have spent hours over the past two years configuring and reconfiguring these fans to work with my phone. It’s been extremely frustrating. I have attempted to contact the company about this and cannot get a response. A miserable experience.Show lessricix

Frustrating
This app is highly intermittent and unreliable. I love the fans, but wish they would work at least half the time.StewJitsu
It’s gotten a lot better
The smart home integration was kind of flakey when I first bought the fan but it has improved substantially over time with the firmware updates. It’s pretty much 100% reliable now. Would recommend.B to the S

It’s insane you pay hundreds of dollars for a fan and have to buy their remote app. What is even crazier is that it almost never works. It worked for a few days and now refuses to connect. What a waste of money.LRJ36
