  • Meditation should be available to everyone!

I love that this app is so high quality & accessible to everyone with a phone. The guided meditations remind me a lot of the meditations I did in university throughout my theatre degree: Focused & no fluff. Exactly what I’ve been looking for!

I used Balance in the past, but those guided meditations felt a bit more like motivational sessions, which is an easy trap to fall into— whereas these truly allow you the space to connect in with your thoughts/body/breath.

    Well done!

  • Great App but can be Glitchy

This app works really well most of the time and I really love the content and variety of voices. However, occasionally even after I click play, the meditation audio doesn’t play and I have to restart the app to get it to work. I noticed this happens when I turn off the screen while meditating to another audio. This can get kind of annoying, but it’s not a dealbreaker by any means. A really well designed app otherwise, but I’d appreciate if the glitch was fixed. Please continue what you’re doing!

  • Bugs :(

Nothing will load, I love the app but it’s just not working right now. I click Medito and just see a loading circle… Sometimes the app will open but things on it glitch out or don’t load all the way and when stuff does load and I click a session it won’t play. I’ve had the app 2 or 3 days and love it, but stated having these problems today. also an idea I have is maybe y’all could add some sounds made for reading with. Love Medito and the team ❤️- 17yr old Lucas

  • Personal development is important

I was recommended Medito, watching a YouTuber named Hamza. The video was about ways to actually become a better man. After a couple weeks using Medito every morning, I have felt huge changes within myself and mentally I am so much stronger. I recommend Medito and also keeping a gratitude journal for a much better mental health.

  • Good idea but randomly stops

I really appreciate a free meditation app and the 30 day challenge, but there’s been a few times where the meditation has randomly stopped during it and I haven’t got any idea so I keep going, but when I choose the ten minute or twenty minute ones, it’s because I have only that amount of time and then when I realise I’m left rushing around late for work. The will voice is also really robotic so would love to have more options for the 30 day challenge. It was great to start with but because of these issues it’s stopping my flow which is disappointing, I just need a meditation app I can trust won’t stop itself.

  • How much it calms me

This app is amazing! It helps me to realise that I’m okay and it’s just my thoughts, I am going to recommend this app to my family and friends.
  • Thank You

I am so grateful that I was shown this app through self improvement YouTuber Hamza. With him and this app I have been able to improve my mental, physical, and social health tenfold compared to just a year ago. Thank you to all of the member of the Medito team who have provided us with this blessing free of charge! It really means a lot during this era of constant bombardment with news and social media that you have created a place to calm oneself down and bring about a sense of peace.

  • Amazing

This is by far the best mediation app I’ve ever tried, they don’t ask you to do any more than 3 mins daily and teaches you how to meditate, which does help a lot and have packs for almost any situation
  • Great App So Far

Really simple and easy to use app, you can tell the owners aren’t in this for their own financial gain clearly by it being free, which I think speaks volumes into their creation and intent behind it to actually want to help people.

There’s just one thing that I’d be keen to be added and that is for them to add longer sessions onto the daily meditation section as it only goes up to 20 minutes currently. I think if they could do additional longer sessions such as 30 mins, 40mins, 50 etc that’d be awesome and would make a huge difference.

Also, you could maybe add different voices such as a lady going through the mediation potentially (that’s not a huge deal though).

  • Dude I can hear one thing

I can like zone in on one certain pitch of sound thanks to their meditating on sounds class. I can focus on only the birds chirping 50 meters away instead of the clock ticking in my room. I cannot ignore the cars passing by, oop one just passed
