Useless
The app doesn’t even work. It scans for fare boxes, but never succeeded in actually paying. I’ve tried about a dozen times now; it just doesn’t work.
Now, my money is trapped inside a virtual, NON-REFUNDABLE card. And the only way to pay my fares is to buy a new physical card and pay a fee to have the balance transferred.
Customer service is also useless, so don’t even waste your time.

Can’t Load Fare!! This app is useless
I have been trying to load money on my tap card and keep getting error messages. This is frustrating and makes the app useless. Fix this!!!
Doesn’t work
My app does not work at all. I don’t even have the option to add a new tap card. I couldn’t transfer my plastic tap card to the app either. Couldn’t purchase anything from the cart section. What is wrong with this app
Not Letting Me Load Fare
While I love this app and it has been great the last few weeks, today it just won’t let me add fares on to my card. It keeps giving me an error message saying the transaction failed. Tried deleting and re-downloading, signed in and out, nothing. Please fix this. I love the app, but would like this bug to be addressed.

Very hard to transfer cards to a new phone after losing my old phone
I haven’t able to update my card on my new phone and it is causing trouble. Customer service is only open am certain hours so they are not helpful as well. Neither is the bus driver.

This app is really bad, it’s unresponsive, not returning any search results, and definitely did not assist me in any way with purchasing transit fare. Deleting.

I absolutely cannot get this app to take my money or to respond to anything I put $10 on it and it has that I have a 00 balance they need to do something about this it’s at least a blue bus response to something this is just absolutely a terrible app I am really complaining about this yeah
Adding Fares will not load.
Whenever I try to add some fare to my tap card on my phone, it takes up to 2 minutes to load and then hit me with the “sorry, we cannot load your products.” This has been happening for months now. Would’ve thought metro would’ve fixed this issue, since they stupidly added fares back.
