Great vacuum, easy app
We’ve had the E20 vacuum for a few years. It’s a great little vacuum. I do have a few pets so the canister holding the vacuumed debris has to be changed very frequently - after every use or during mid use depending on the pet hair amount. The vacuum does get stuck on cords very easily if you don’t have them moved out of the way. It’s not the top tier model so it does sometimes miss certain areas but otherwise it’s great to set it on a schedule and you don’t have to think about it! For the price you can’t go wrong. The app is so easy and convenient and if you want to control the vacuum from your phone, you can. I’d love to buy a fancier model in the future!

Wonderful app, wonderful equipment , I think if I had any complaints it would be that my Kyvol could have a longer run time . But they even have a recipe section in their app, and as a chef, I find that very neat.

L’apps fonctionne très bien. Convivial. Moi qui n’est pas très techno, je n’ai eu aucune difficultés à me connecter à l’appareil. Mon robot vacuum fonctionne très bien !
Great Vac
It works great and has been in use for a few years now. Only issue we have is that it will get caught sometimes, but that isn’t the vacuums fault at all. It works great to get the everyday little dust/dirt. If there is a large spill, we still need to sweep that up in addition to this vacuum’s abilities. Have to regularly clean the vacuum and maintain it to keep it working great.
