Works half the time
This app is good at times. But it is constantly giving an “off” or “not connected” message, so it only works half the time!Chips and Hot Sauce

The tech support help I got when I called was very helpful and patient. He walked me through each step to get my app synced with my air conditioner/heating unit changed from Nexia to American Standard. His name was Clint and he is doing an excellent job helping people with their tech problems.vBethv

Not user friendly. Closed on weekends & can’t get help, to Complicated for people not computer savvy, not recommend for elderly, we had to switch out our American Standard for a basic thermostat for our parents. We are pretty good with apps but, can’t figure out this system.Billy/Sandy
Awful
We used to be with Nexia, and the app there worked great. Now every time we have to use this new app we get constant timeouts and retries, it’s worthless. I’d honestly never used the control panel with our thermostats ever in the two years we’ve used them (just used the app) but now I’m having to constantly use them due to timeouts and retry issues with the nexia replacement. Lately nothing but problems
When it works it’s great. But it goes thru spells where it has connection errors or won’t connect which is getting to be a pain . Nexia app didn’t really have that many problems in my opinion. Just would like it to be reliablewhiskyman77
Connection not stable.
I loved this app at first. I am a geek and loved the data I can get.
Starting a week ago it’s totally unstable. You can’t connect to your system, or make remote changes. All you get is a pop up apologizing and no solution.Dewwie123

I can’t even log in to the app! It says that my internet or wireless is not configured properly, yet *every single other app* on my phone works without issue! My wife has exactly the same issue.pyrimidine
Schedule? What schedule?
We set a schedule and it’s LITERALLY NOT FOLLOWED. It’s supposed to be 72 at night and I see that at 3am it set itself to 78. Right in the event logs. Who told you to do that!? Not me. When we come home from work it’s supposed to be 72. Without fail it’s set at 76. What’s the point!? We wanted our HVAC guy to install our nest for us instead of this. He refused. I’m so disappointed.dsfvilcrb nb xfk
Nexia worked way better
The old Nexia app worked completely better! Geofencing never sees that any of us are home. Location settings is set to always so the app doesn’t recognize any device. Tried deleting and reinstalling still not working. Have to log in every time as well. Terrible!Didacan
