I am serious when I say this was the worst mistake I ever made. I haven’t been able to access my account. They say it’s because of a hold from Alpaca, but they keep taking money from my bank account, so there’s no hold for that? This app has SO many glitches. Dumb excuses for everything I do. When I want to log in sometimes it tell me I have the wrong credentials, when I don’t. If it does happen to let me log in I will either be faced with the “hold screen” which I can’t get passed or I will get to the account but can’t withdraw my money. Which there it also gives me different dumb excuses to why I can’t withdraw my money, it’ll either tell me there’s an issue with them verifying my bank information (they don’t seem to have an issue when it comes to withdrawing money for themselves) or it’ll tell me it’s not enough for me to withdraw, mind you it’s over $200. I have emailed their dumb generic email MULTIPLE times with no help or answers. I am so tired of this dumb app. Do not download unless you’re ready to have issues over issues over issues.
So I’m only 23 and I live in Texas and I’ve been trying to find investment apps to use, but I haven’t really been able to find anything except these big companies that really just don’t care about you and you’ll just get the average rate but with this company they care about you and they send you live updates even from like the people that own it and they ask you how you’re doing and they direct you in the right way but they have so far one of the best services I’ve ever used the referral programs. Great they give you a lot of offers and ways to progress in life too and they have really good advice programs and overall it’s just a very pleasant app to use and if you’re looking for a place to put your money and be safe and it actually gets to work. This will be the app to use so please consider using them because they have next level opportunities and next level investment
strategies.
Been weeks now trying to withdraw funds from this app. I’ve gone through step by step trying to withdraw $57 from this app with no luck. States you have to have at least $20 to withdraw. You have to sell the companies you had owned. Did that. States to press banks on the bottom right where you can see the accounts you have linked and choose how much to withdraw. This isn’t an option. My accounts are there but nothing giving me the option to take the funds out. I remember seeing a review stating this was an issue someone else was having and them getting the response of the amount needed. Yet here I am in the same situation over the required $20…
I also have reached out through email to get assistance and no luck. This is my next attempt on getting this resolved.
I’ve dabbled investing with different platforms over the years, and knowing next to nothing about the industry I’ve always found it extremely confusing to navigate through. I’ve recently spent a bit of time trying to learn the ins and outs of “smart investing”, which is how I found Grifin. I started with a $1 investment in the companies that I truly want to follow and hope to build from there, and I’m still shocked about how easy the whole process was! I have had this app for about a year now, for the last 6 months I have been trying to withdraw my funds. First I delt with issues getting logged back into my account after an update that I have seen many other people in the reviews deal with. This bug was finally fixed. Since then I have been in an ongoing battle to withdraw my funds and my account has been on the “last step” for 5 months now. I have emailed over and over again but it’s always some random excuse why I can’t withdraw my money. They even told me my funds are locked and they canceled the withdraw because I tried to transfer it to a seperate bank account than the one I signed up with… I only have one bank account. This app is a great concept and very user friendly up until the point you want to take your money out. I’m glad I realized this before I dumped thousands of dollars into the app.

Completely forgot about it until today, I just happened to scroll past the app, while looking at stocks, and was like what is this? As I said before I forgot so I clicked on it and it immediately registered in my head. What grifin was and what it did it said I had some pending stuff that I needed to verify I verified it and I had close to 200 bucks in stocks that I completely ignored. To me that’s the point of the stock market set it and forget it. Use it at a later day when it’s needed grifin unintentionally did that for me and for that I’m grateful. My new favorite day of the week for investing is now Wednesday. You see on wednesdays my cash transfers from my bank to my grifin app from all my purchases from the previous week. I get to sit down and evaluate the 66 conpanies I have shares in and decide where to put my new investable cash. What a concept and what an amazing way to teach the next generation how to use $$ to dollar cost average into the companies they use on a daily basis. Bottom line it just makes sense and it works amazingly. I’ve been in since the first day and couldn’t be happier with my app experience and my growing passive portfolio!!!
I’ve been using the Grifin app for a couple of months now and have to say I love it. I’ve been using a variety of investment apps off and on since 2015 or so, and Grifin is the most intuitive, easiest, fastest way to invest and see where my money is going and how it is growing. Every time I shop, I have it set so $1 is invested in stock for that company automatically. BAM! Done. That’s it’s. You can adjust your risk profile so some stocks might not automatically be invested in, in which case you are given the option to invest. It’s a clean, functional app that just saves time and makes investing fun and hands-free! I highly recommend Grifin, especially if you’ve never invested much before and just want to see what it’s all like in a simple, fun, easy format.
There is no one who know less about investing than myself so of course I waited forever to sign up thinking I had to do “something” that I had no idea how to do. You guys…..this app is so easy!!!! You literally don’t have to do anything but continue to use your debit card at all your favorite places and the app does the rest of the work for you! I was hesitant about providing my banking info but I have had absolutely no issues or hiccups! I could not be happier with this app and so glad I finally made the decision to sign up. It’s very easy to understand! I promise you won’t be sorry!
