Login failure consistently
At first the app worked fine but over the last few weeks. There is a pretty consistent login failure message. It doesn’t give you any option but to keep trying again later.Noelle2012

This app is all fun and games until you want to cash out. Check out what it will cost to “sell” each stock that you own in this app. It might be free to buy the stock but they get you when you want out.LeahDD
Terrible app
Hi I’m actually going to cancel my account. I have reached out to grifin three times if not more telling them that their app freezes and crashes and you have to reload it to access your accounts and then reconfirm your financials and it’s just an agonizing tedious mess and they haven’t made any real effort to fix it and this is been going on for months and I think it’s a complete disaster and I no longer wanna have anything to do with the companykiki_zinnias
Doesn’t work well at all
When I first downloaded the app it worked fine and it was only a little buggy. But now when I go to check it it won’t even let me log in or do anything. It’s still charging me but I can’t even see my account.bigdummytravie
Great way to start investing
I have had a few issues here and there with the app but it has gotten better over time. First downloaded around the time it came out and I absolutely love it. Great way to save and invest money over time!newinvester2021

It’s impossible to close your account after realizing there’s nothing to do with the money in the account? It just sits there you can never withdrawal it. I love acorns please download that instead.
I have a few hundred sitting in the app and I can’t cash it out or anything. I’ve tried closing my account several times and it won’t let me. Hate this app.danib9009
So many issues
My current issue is I deleted app off iPhone, went back to Apple apps and all it will allow me to do is open from app page, not download app to place it on my iPhone. Don’t know how to get it back on my phone. Other issues is the long delay in purchase of shares not showing up , sometimes months, purchases have been made from cash in account. Frustrating. So many quirks. Current issue right now is when I back out from an area screen went white and I can’t get anything to populate. Your app is so frustrating. How come you don’t allow access via your webpage? Thus will help viewing account.JchRpy

I really wanted to like this app after hearing about it. It sounded like a great concept and I figured I’d give it a go. From the beginning the app was very confusing on providing information as to what stocks were actually being bought, pending, or sold. Even with the transactions filter it would say a stock was pending to be bought then never would go through. I still have “pending stocks” from 5 months ago!
As others have mentioned make sure you limit the amount of money you want invested or it will invest for EVERY purchase you make on connected cards. It does not matter wether that company has a publicly traded stock or not. This should be fixed to limit only to public stock purchases.
The app is constantly buggy and lags like crazy. You’ll be in the middle of trying to do something and the app crashes. It’s extremely annoying and seems to only have gotten worse lately.
I finally decided to pull the plug today, I’m selling all the stocks I have in it and deleting my account. They also make it quite a lengthy process to close your account. There have been too many issues. I’ll be sticking to Robinhood for my stock purchases.RIPlearjet

It all started off great, then there was an issue with a deposit, my account has been locked for over a month with the only contact being when I reach out via the app messaging system. Whenever I do it is days till a response but still no actual action. Absolutely horrible.tinyweinerbruh
Highly disappointed
I thought this app would give me a further in stocking management so I wouldn’t have to do it in person. I was wrong. It was fantastic until they withdraw a good amount of money before asking for permission first. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them over the messaging system they have. Very disappointed they don’t care about their happy customers enough to answer. I sold and closed my stock and still pending for my sold shares and still haven’t received any of my money back yet. If this app could get zero stars it would. Hopefully they change their dynamic if they want to keep their user happy.kayzlis
