  • Such a great idea but to buggy

    I love the idea but the app won’t even let you make an account without bugging out at least once. I’d love to use it but it’s not user friendly. If the issues were fixed I’d totally be down to try again but till then it’s not worth it.
  • Great Idea, Terrible Execution

    The idea of auto-investments based on shopping habits is really a cool idea for passive investments, but this app is a total disaster. Withdrawals from US Bank DO NOT WORK. I've contacted support multiple times over the past several months and the problem remains unresolved, so then what's the point of the app?! A withdrawal that went through months ago was the only one that worked, but now my money isn't able to be transferred out of the app - so it's essentially being held ransom by Grifin until they decided to finally fix their technical issues ... which seems like a pipe dream. I wish I could love this app, but it's literally unuseable.

  • Good App But Very Glitchy

    I find this app to be useful when it comes to investing companies that you make everyday purchases in. But the app itself if very glitchy and buggy. If one thing is fixed then another shows up. For example. I could not make a stock purchase using my remaining dollars for the longest time. I would have to exit out of the app for the transaction to go through. Since then, it has been fixed but now I cannot view my pending transactions. It has been ongoing for about 3 weeks now. The transactions tab is just a spinning wheel of eternity. If this app really took their tech issues seriously. I would totally recommend this app to everyone.

  • Amazing app

    Been with the app since it’s inception. Yes, there have been some bumps in the road but look past that and see the future. From just swiping my credit card over the past 6 months I own a piece of 32 companies and have over $1165 invested. On a percentage basis my grifin account is my best performer. Investing in companies I know and understand what a truly amazing simple concept. Absolutely love this app!!!
  • Issues opening almost every time

    I have trouble almost every time I try to log in.. it’s so frustrating. I do kinda like the $1 stash away on each purchase but it takes it even on my cash transfer to my online savings. I only want it to take funds on purchases and fix the dang log in issues!!
  • Good idea but not ready for prime time

    I really want to like this app but it's just too buggy. For at least the last several days, the transactions view is not working nor is the link to view the purchases included in your upcoming bank transfer. It's unclear how much in your cash fund is earmarked for stocks vs. how much you can use to buy more of the stocks you already own. (As others have pointed out, you can't buy any stock you don't initially acquire through patronizing that business.) When the transactions view is working, you can see how $1 for each purchase you've made will be allocated—to a stock or to your cash fund. Some transactions that should go towards stock do not. For example, my monthly payment of my AT&T bill has yet to yield me any AT&T stock. I have noted this in the app but it's never been corrected. I hope the developers are working on improving this app. I'll keep using it, but it just feels like it's not ready for prime time.

  • Growing my portfolio 1 purchase at a time

    Wonderful way to invest in companies that I use /eat their products. It’s the easiest investment tool I’ve ever used, it grows without doing a thing just using my credit card
  • Why is zero starts never an option????

    This company is ridiculous and I am starting to believe it to be total fraud. After depositing money the first time things seemed fine. I made a small deposit at first. The next deposit the same. Everything fine. When I tried to withdraw came the problems. Money “pending” for over a month, no responses from any customer service, and “we’ll take care of it” followed by absolute silence and no progress. There is STILL money in my account I have been trying to get back for over a month with ZERO response from them. And any attempts to close the account have failed. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I will be filing formal complaints with the SEC and the BBB regarding this matter. I hope they are shut down permanently ASAP.

  • DO NOT USE IT!!!!

    They stole all my money. Quite literally. Everything is fine when they’re taking the weekly transfers, but the second you try to get money out they will close your account. My account went to $0.00 and I had to contact my bank immediately. DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR STOCKS.
