Both my portfolio, AND this app/company. I love the new “transfers” screen showing the tickers invested in by transfer. It’s exciting to watch the new releases and features come out, and every time I have $100 in cash in the app, our family sits down and decides what we currently own and where we want to invest the $100.AppReviewr55

Good idea; terrible functionality
I’ve used this app for almost a year without issue. But for the last couple months, I can’t even log in. It let me change my password once, then it randomly stopped working. I’m ready to file taxes and can’t even access the account. It’s highly unlikely I’ll keep this app afterwards unless they get these bugs worked out ASAP.BerryWest1982
Love the idea but it’s horribly difficult to work with
It’s incredibly difficult to connect your bank and cards as they only can except cards from certain banks. Your cards and banks accounts will disconnect every few months so you have to reconnect and for some reason that is a terribly difficult process. It’s such a good idea but unfortunately this platform is not a good one to work with I suggest you look around for other organizations doing this better.LBCMAN
Link issues.
This app had rotten customer service. At first I loved it but then somehow it lost the link to my credit card and I cant relink. It said it was my bank but it’s not as I have other apps linked ( plaid) to the bank with no issue. I want to like but it is not working for me anymore.nyflpasrk
Haven’t had access to my portfolio in over a month
This app disconnected my bank account and won’t let you check on anything without the bank account connected. I have been stuck on a loading screen since it happened and currently have about $700 stuck in the app with no access to it whatsoever. Reached out to them and all I got was that it would be passed on to developers but nothing has happened. Asked if there was a way to pull the money out and they said I can’t without a bank connected…Rocker11234567890
Grifin is Amazing!
I’ve accumulated a $400 portfolio quickly just by making everyday purchases. It all happens automatically and only $1 at a time, so I don’t have to save a big wad of cash before I can invest. Out of sight, out of mind makes investing for my future easier and fun!F1 bob

Way too buggy
I could never login or get to an account page. I uninstalled and reinstalled a dozen times, turning on and off my phone to just get it to work and it never did. No one should have to do all of that.
1 star for the idea, and a 2nd star for nice customer service. But it’s a hard noTessie1205
