They have been pushing the mywallet feature a lot lately. I took the bait and add money. First time using it, was great. Convenient and makes things easier and don’t have to worry about keeping track of your tickets. Went to the casino today with hundreds still in my wallet from when I added money/last trip and of course the app was glitching and wouldn’t load my balance. Finally would load and then not transfer to the machine. Was like that for several hours. Finally got it to allow me to transfer to my bank account. Will stick to cash for a while longer. I don’t like them playing with my money even more.Show lessChasero13

The app does not show any of my points or free slot play this is ridiculous you want people to come there and the app does not work right I have missed out on two free slot plays and they started me over as my choice when I should have been advantage not happy at allannoyed 2244

I used to be able to get on here and check out my offers and promotions but for about a week now I haven’t been able to do that. It just keep saying network error.
