  • Waste of time

    I set up everything in the app and received $45 in free play. Got to the casino and had no way to cash in my free play without a physical card, so I had to go to player services. (Why have an app if I also need a physical card?) Then when I took the card to the kiosk to get a voucher for my free play (again, why?), it said my pin was denied. Long story short, it was a waste of time and the app has all of my identifying info. Terrible technology!

  • PENN Play Rewards Don’t Work

    Despite earning a good amount in PENN Play rewards I am unable to actually use the rewards as it states I can in the PENN Marketplace. The error message when I try to checkout with my cart states to contact the PENN support email, which has never responded to any issue that I have had.

    Additionally, after the big update to the Sportsbook app, PENN generated a second PENN Play account and number for me on the same email. Now when I earn rewards they go to this new account which I can’t access as it has the same login email, and the funds in my original account are set to expire since I am not “earning” PENN cash on this account in the allotted 30 day window. Despite many attempts to contact support, I have received no response on this issue either.

    A big part of me using PENN for gambling was the rewards system they offered. Since this rewards system doesn’t seem to work as intended at the moment, and with the frankly concerning lack of support they offer I no longer feel comfortable using PENN.

  • This version isn’t working

    I’m not sure what happened recently, but the wallet function is not working correctly. My saved cards have disappeared and when put them in again, it did not save them. Less than convenient. It was great when you first switched it, but someone needs to troubleshoot this problem.

  • Where all my real time rewards?!!?

    I HAVENT GOT ANY REWAARDS & been PLAYING FOR SEVERAL MONTHS NOW since the new PENNPLAY . When it was mychoice i got free 5- 10 $ free slot play & 5-10 $ food credit - almost everyday . I havent got 1 single reward since the Name/ app change . Again been ive been present at the casino - card inserted spending and spending not 1 reward
    . Makes me not wanna go back knowing i aint getting the same love thatMychoice gave me

  • Best app

    This app by far is the best I have found from keeping track of your fee plays to the latest give aways but what I like the most is how I can load cash for free to use at your favorite games it’s flawless really comes in handy for the wife who unfortunately has a disability and will loose paper currency

  • Frustrated

    Frustrated because said I earned all this cash rewards on stuff I never played like table games, sportsbook and other stuff and I never got it. No one seems to be able to help me. Even with in casino games says I got rewards but then don’t show up even after I’ve gotten points needed. Almost like someone else getting stuff I should have gotten and playing on my card. Plus twice my main bank had charges for horse betting and other purchases I didn’t make. All after putting app and wallet on my phone

  • Doesn’t work for me

    Ever since Hollywood Casino changed over I haven’t been able to get on this app at all. I’ve tried to create account, to change my password, to sign in with my old password and nothing works. After a few attempts I just get locked out. Will tell me my email and password combo is invalid even after I try to change it. Disappointed !

  • Frequent gambler

    Been going to the Ameristar a lot, finally signed up and have been having issues with the app. When my offers get loaded they magically disappear without being used. Tried to reach out to support and they said they never had any trace of my offers. If you’re in Colorado go play at the Z or the lodge.

    Update- they also cleared my 27 entries for the huge giveaway they are doing this month. New week started and I woke up to 1 entry, which is what I did today even though my weekly entries exceed this. The customer service is garbage and frankly don’t trust any casino affiliated with penn play. If you don’t have picture proof they gas light you.

  • Can’t get it to accept a new password

    I just about give up but you know a true gambler doesn’t This ap doe#nt take a new passeor$, suspends my account, won’t let me plat totally exasperated Try and try. Always says invalid password with my email. I am going to place lotto and give up on this. There seems to be no help for my dilemma. I have exchanged numerous letters with support groups. They just don’t see where it says invalid invalid invalid, and they turned me off with too many attempts, so no one star is more than enough for this app. I was in there at one time not anymore. They just don’t love me

  • Could not use app

    It was easy, connecting the app to my bank account, and there were no fees involved. I was excited to use the app at the slot machine. However, the app kept telling me I had to have Bluetooth on for this to work. Clearly, Bluetooth was on took it to the slot supervisor - she couldn’t get it to work either. Using an iPhone 8 plus, you would expect this to work seamlessly. ended up transferring the money back to my bank account. Guess I’ll stick with cash next time.
