  • Could not use app

It was easy, connecting the app to my bank account, and there were no fees involved. I was excited to use the app at the slot machine. However, the app kept telling me I had to have Bluetooth on for this to work. Clearly, Bluetooth was on took it to the slot supervisor - she couldn’t get it to work either. Using an iPhone 8 plus, you would expect this to work seamlessly. ended up transferring the money back to my bank account. Guess I’ll stick with cash next time.

  • Won’t accept account number

Been trying to create an account and it won’t let accept my “my choice” number. I have tried both manually entering it and using the camera. Even though the number is correct pressing the next button on the screen does nothing. Waste of time. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
  • Can’t reset password

I haven’t been able to use the app. Every time I go to reset my password, it kicks me out of the app completely making it extremely hard to make reservations
  • Doesn’t work

I’ve been trying to create an account for weeks now. I can get as far as the create a password page, then I get a error message saying to check my Wi-Fi network. I’ve tried on 2 different phones and 2 different Wi-Fi networks, same problem!
  • Overall Great App

I think everyone who visits Penn Casinos should have this App, it’s a great addition and the respective MyWallet feature makes playing seamless. You can also track your MyCash that you gain while you’re in the Casino. The only negative is that I’ve been going to Hollywood Casino St. Louis for some time now on a frequent basis and never seen to get any type of rewards. I’m at 1700 tier points which isn’t that high, but it’s considerably high for what I’m willing to spend every time I go. It makes me feel like the rewards are just on some type of lottery system. That’s the only thing I don’t like about the app, otherwise it’s great.

  • Almost great…

For most things, this app is great. Checking offers, tracking rewards and keeping track of tier points…all easy peasy. The new mywallet seems really cool, but clearly there is a problem with iPhone and this new feature. I’d love to see how it really works, but I just get the wheel of death…can’t get signed up.

Hi. Thank you for your feedback. This issue has been resolved by our team. Please try accessing mywallet again. If you are still experiencing issues, please do not hesitate to contact us at myChoiceApp@pennentertainment.com.
  • Mywallet Fix

If your mywallet won’t work or the app freezes, you have to reset your account. Delete your account, remove the app from your phone. Reinstall the app. Re-create your account. It should work again.
  • Beware: Location Tracking

This app will continue to track your location, even when the app is closed and you are not near a property.
Also, after over 30 minutes of trying, neither me nor employees at the casino could get the app to connect with a machine. Tried on WiFi and data, restarted app and device multiple times, etc.

  • MyWallet is broken

Tried to use the myWallet feature and it just spins and will not load. This feature is broken. I spent 40minutes the the staff at the casino and no one could figure out the issue. Waste of time. Based on other reviews it’s a wide spread issue.
  • Losing customers

Y’all should really update your app with the contest rules considering that it’s false advertisement that you can go and get free play until 8pm and only get to the fully packed casino and stand in line forever for them to tell us that it ends at 745 that’s why everyone chooses to go to Carter lake and u will lose even more business when Omaha opens there casino
