App is functional and rather straight forward. More than I can say for the actual website which is absolutely useless. To make unscheduled payments I HAVE to use the app. The website doesn’t have this functionality somehow. App still doesn’t have Face ID though.AnubisZom
Debit card feature doesn’t work
I’ve had the app for almost a year and the debit card feature always times out. The same happens on the site resulting in me having to call in to use my card for payment. Please fix this. Otherwise happy with the updated security features!One Satisfied Momma

This app and company helped me out when I was next to broke! I’ve made all my payments and they have never hassled me about anything. They are helping me build my credit without jumping through a million hoops. The interest rates aren’t bad if you pay your loan off ahead of time. It is nice to have such technology
My experience with the app was good but not great meaning your app or with in the app will not let its screen turn horizontal it is just stuck in a vertical position I have an iPad and my screen is always used in a horizontal position but over all, like I said it is a good app.hellboy54

The Mariner Finance app is easy to navigate, find details, credit scores, and payments at any time. One of the easiest ones I have used to date over other credit loan apps.randy.photoman

I have no problem making my payment online every month. I also have no problem checking my account on the website.werunfast
Loan office is a joke
They tell you on the phone that you are approved.. but the online process is currently down so you have to come in person..
An hours drive later they sit you in a small room with the door closed for 30 mins before talking to you..then offer you a bigger loan that you didn’t want…
Once you turn that down they tell you that this small loan isn’t a signature loan.. and want a list of your personal property…
I listed a vehicle but since it wasn’t there for them to see they wanted more items to list..
Tv computer system game system lawnmower all equaling far greater value than the small loan I applied for..all items are listed so that they can take possessions of in case you are late… i don’t think so… keep your money I don’t need it that badShow lessbryan helton
