This app is so much better than trying to get someone to answer the phone and assist me in Denton, Texas. Those people have no clue of what they are doing!!!! I have had issues every time I try to call! Can not even get them on the phone!!!!

Won’t take payment
Always having issues with this app were I have to revert to going back to their website and making sure my payment went through. Tried making a payment through app only to find out it did go through and had to check website and call a rep to make sure payment was made. App also would not let me log in after making a payment. Please fix. Until then I have to make payments through website or call rep.Show lessArt Almeida
