  • Beautiful Home in Joshua Tree

    My first time renting an AirBnB from Fieldtrip and I would do it again. The home was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our 6 day stay. Loved the view of the boulders from the pool area!
    It was super quiet and we even had a coyote visitor! Thank you for letting us stay! We will definitely book with a Fieldtrip home!

    Just want to say that are stay was very comfortable and to our needs. Only silly issue was getting there not expecting a tv so we brought a monitor but when we arrived there was a tv that didn’t work. The host was very helpful and answered right away and made arrangements and responded to resolve the issue. I would definitely stay again.

    Amazing!!!! We got in after a 15 hour drive thru a terrible snow storm. It was so nice to pull up and have the driveway shoveled. The house was more than what we were expecting!!! So beautiful and very clean! We will definetly be back!

    App worked at times but had several issues. The pricing for early check in/late check out was inaccurate, the remote key didn’t work, and the app crashed during the day of our Airbnb check in. Our reservation disappeared, we could only see purchases.
  • Beautiful, Spacious Vacation Home

    We stayed at 4616 weekend stay

    This is a large house, it has very Spacious rooms, beautiful views, right on the beach.

    But The upkeep needs to be addressed. Front wood door has dark build up on it from use, Floors seem worn & not moped, Furniture is worn & outside ones could be cleaned Up.

    We called maintenance first Day on 3rd floor air conditioner not cooling properly. Technician responded rapidly resolving issues. I later called again to report the pool, It had lots of Debris dirty from previous use. They assured me they would send a cleaning crew on the following day, Which they did, And fixed the problem. Staff responded to needs when contacted.

    Second Floor far bedroom had doorknob fall off on the inside, Had to use shoe to keep door form locking you in. One of the beds also had a dip in it, From prior damage, Bed was used for toddlers so it was no big deal. The Washer and Dryer had mold in them. the dryer ripped some of our clothes.

    On 3rd floor full beds One bed collapsed upon laying on it, After inspection saw it was repaired priorly. I want to say all the bed are comfortable, made everything else bearable for me personally, i could of had hotter water in My shower, have bad back needed the heat.

    Moving down to Kitchen the stove had an igniter that would Not stop clicking after flame was on. Utensils can opener tongs, pot all had food on them, I always wash everything before use, but never expected to find food still on kitchen equipment & utensils,

    There is No extra food supplies that you sometimes find in Rentals, as a compliment incase you forget something like Salt, Sugar, Syrup, Or Condiments, Just Bring all your need yourself.

    The doors are hard to lock, the ones that lead to the back to beach and the ones in bottom floor that open to pool, That’s a big issue for people with small kids that could fall into the pool or wonder off into beach, They should put more easier door knobs that lock properly.

    There’s Lots of stairs, & Only one bedroom down stairs, The Elevator was not for use for Renters, having knee & back problems it would have been very helpful & avoided some of my pain and inflammation on way home. The pool could have had Rails going down the stairs…..Helps elderly & Kids to go in and come out of pool.

    They have a lot of beach equipment for us to borrow. That was really nice.

    I also agree with a prior Reviewer that 4pm check in and 10am check out don’t feel right.

    It should at least be 12.

    I also read the slats in bed were damaged, from prior Renters, And still today other renters are still dealing with the beds. I hope these issues are taken care of as said on response you gave me, to my review for future renters to enjoy a house that is fully ready to enjoy.

    We still enjoyed the house but with money you pay. You expect house to be ready to use, clean, and have No issues.

    We made beautiful family memories, Over all house was a nice rental just wish it could have been better equipped..

    We had a wonderful stay in May 2023 can’t complain about one thing. The amenities were amazing. House was super nice and super clean. I would highly recommend it to anybody.

  • Couldn’t Synch Reservation

    I had a lot of trouble getting my reservation synched with this a[p. It kept giving me meaningless error messages to log out and log in. Screens were not friendly and often locked up. Finally after several tries I got through to customer support and they had to manually link my reservation to my account. They fixed the issue but not without a lot of hassle on my part.
