    This app is super easy to use and it has all of the features that I need when staying in a vacation home.
  • Very easy renting experience

    Used this app when I stayed at a spot in vail CO - got there a few hours early and used the early check-in feature to move up my reservation. Very easy to contact the host - a few great recommendations from them as well as instructions on how to work the hottub which was pretty confusing without it. Easy checkout. Great four day stay
  • Unresponsive

    I was having trouble pairing my last name, phone number with my reservation. I tried submitting a ticket and I never got a response from that. Then I received email verification that said I could respond to that specific email if I was having probs, which I did and I never received a response. The app kept telling my phone number didn’t match my reservation in which I clarified with the owner of the Airbnb that they had the correct number for me. So I’m not sure what went wrong but I would not use this app because of all the trouble and no response.

  • Frustrated

    Made a reservation back in October. This app will not let me pair my phone number even did the add a zero still nothing. Go to support give my info and what is happening go to submit and none of the buttons work for that option. Hopefully they see this and can help.

    I almost threw my phone out the window trying to make this app work.

    Hi, the app failed to pair my reservation with my phone number even though the host sent a text to my phone with the reservation #. I tried t o send the support ticket to via app support menu multiple times but the “submit” button simply does not work. There is no separate contact number such as an email address, so I figured that this may be the only way that you would see my support request? Would appreciate it if you could address this or at least provide some contact info.

  • Cannot read the Ts & Cs - app does not allow it

    I tried to create an account to use this app on an AirBnB home. In creating my username it requires me to sign the Terms and Conditions, but only allows me a very small window to view them. The terms are HUGE, and i cannot print them. There is a copy of SOME Ts & Cs on their app page, but those are not the ones aI am signing.

    This is obviously a scam site - DO NOT USE THIS
  • Very useful app

    Besides providing needed information about our stay - how to unlock the door, get an early check-in, etc - I loved using DACK to find out about activities and dining spots nearby. We were easily able to plan our stay and make reservations ahead of time. The interface is professional and user-friendly, much better than scrolling through a website or emails, or waiting to leaf through a book after arrival. I hope the app will be provided with future bookings!

    After logged out I m unable to log back in Kept rejecting. Unable to reset password.
