  • AI in moniker only

This app makes a lot of promises that it really can’t seem to deliver on. The user interface could use the eye of a designer, could also use a machine learning engineer to help actually make your weight progression meaningful, and you are the QA team so get used to maneuvering around bugs. Replacing movements leaves a lot to be desired as there is not much built in to the app, so don’t bank on a ton of variety. If you were hoping there was some magic AI built into this app that will dynamically adjust your weights based on your progress get ready for some disappointment. Customer support is just the trainers giving you gruff responses to your questions that wind up as a “I dunno why are you asking me” vibe. Pretty much seems like Juggernaut operates on a wish and a prayer. Don’t believe the hype. Avoid the snake oil cash grab and either buy a proper program or find a trainer who can help you achieve your goals. Good luck out there!

Great app. Only things I don’t like is after each block they reset the exercises. I also dislike that they only choose your weights for your main lifts but but only put down rpe for you to decide for the accessories. Clearly the ai isn’t paying attention to the progress on my accessory lifts. You work on those areas and I’ll make it a 5 star

  • Trust me it’s worth the money.

I was worried this app would be very buggy and no polished but it’s intact the opposite. I have loved the style of training and have seen great results. It has a very chill feel in the app and makes me excited to train. It’s very flexible and the customer service is excellent. However there is a small downside. It’s harder for beginners to use the app. The app uses rpe as a tool to measure fatigue and beginners are often confused and inaccurate with analyzing their rpe. However, it gets much easier and you will become more accurate. There are many tools in the app, this includes: Intraworkout adjustment, exercise lists aswell as recommended suggestions for specific goals, warmup planner, a feature where it will change your training if you are recovering from an injury, a warmup planner, adjustable auto timer, rpe chart and planner, plate math, and a 1 rm calculator. Chad Wessley Smith, thank you🙏. (if you are questioning the price just try it for a month you won’t regret it)

  • Great, almost perfect

Great app. Solid programming. Support is super good and helpful. Unlike other apps it does not crash, and does not recommend asinine meme exercises.

There are some small bugs, but i am confident they will be fixed quickly (for instance the rest timer doesn’t correctly play notifications audio when the phone has been locked).

Compared to doing my own programming it is much more precise, for example encouraging loading 40lb each side instead of just going straight to 45lb because it uses less plates. I feel i am working out with intensity that is more optimal for me instead of just winging things based on convenience and whim. I feel my bias for pump sets is mitigated, it keeps me on higher intensity compounds but keeps the rep ranges higher which is exactly what I want

  • The solution

I’ve been on AI apps before, but I’m really partial to powerlifting programs - I need the intensity. I also need that real time feedback and coaching, but that can be really resource intensive. This has been a great solution for me! I’m looking forward to using it more (been on for ~3 weeks, 2 were a bridge, which was great).

  • Perfect

This app is everything you need if you want science based workouts. Currently at the end of my 2nd hypertrophy block about to enter first strength block. I am doing 30% hypertrophy 70% powerlifting split. It’s absolutely perfect. My only complaint would be there are some exercises in the app that are not great for hypertrophy. Example would be alternating db bench. This exercise is less productive than just a normal db bench per Dr Mike Israetel. But it makes it up by letting you create your own exercises that act just like the apps defaults. Absolutely a perfect app for science based programming that actually produces long term results injury free. 35 bucks a month is crazy cheap for what you get.

  • Best progress ever

After six months training through this app, I have hit my gym goals that I’ve been working in for the last couple of years in only six months. I am more motivated to go as it takes the thinking work out for me and the progress is insane!!! I had a or for a year and didn’t make any of my goals and I was paying five times the amount. Highly rate this

  • Great programming; app needs updates

JuggernautAI provides some great programming and the readiness score is a great way of gauging where your fatigue is before a workout. I have had a lot of fun with the workouts and set several PRs in my main lifts as someone with 10+ years of lifting experience. I also appreciate the flexibility it gives in choosing some exercises (halting deadlifts for high reps can jump off a cliff) based on your preferences and available equipment. To get the most out of the programming, you do need to be experienced in judging your RPE and RIR, but that’s pretty common to most modern powerlifting programs. Support staff are usually pretty fast to respond to your questions.

However, there are several obvious bugs and missing features that have not been addressed in the long period of time since the last update. For instance, you can be limited by the app to a certain weight before you begin warming up based on your readiness score, but the app will then totally ignore that limit during your warmups and recommend a higher weight. The set timer notification works inconsistently. The exercise library is missing a lot of movements and it would be nice to know if they fit as recommended exercises. Just a few things to keep in mind, given the monthly fee and the amount of competitors entering this space.
