  • Great… but Apple Health?

This is a great app! However; it really needs an Apple Health integration!
  • Great app. Great results. Great team behind it.

I’ve been a user of Juggernaut AI for a going on my 3rd year. Since beginning the program 3 years ago, I’ve added pounds to all of my lifts, and have hit more PRs than I can think back to remember them all. I’ve competed in 4 competitions while using Juggernaut AI. Winning 4 1st place placings and 2 best overalls. I now plan to continue using Juggernaut AI as I plan to prep for my first National competition.

I have also used the Guided AI which opens up the programming a lot and makes the system much more effective. I had the privilege of working with Carlos Moran in preparation of my last competition, and in the brief time we worked together, he helped improve my technical efficiency on all of my lifts, and even help me get out of a year long plateau on my bench press. Carlos always responded to my messages quickly and gave me some great information to allow me to get better in all areas of my lifts. Also Carlos is a monster in the gym so he backs up his bull. Would recommend Juggernaut AI, Guided AI, and obviously my coach Carlos for anyone trying to reach the next level. JUGGLIFE

  • Only one complaint

My only complaint, for me it’s a big one, is that it doesn’t keep track of all your lifts weight and reps. I find myself spending a large part of my workouts trying to recalculate lifts again. This is a big enough problem I was debating on 4 stars but truthfully I LOVE everything else about this app. It’s highly adaptive and has done great at increasing my mobility and strength!

  • Great app!

Love the App and it’s ongoing development. I’ve used JuggernautAI for 4+ years and will keep doing so. It’s a massive step forward from filling out excel sheets at the gym.
It’s affordable and has videos to help with technical development.
My only improve would be adding data sharing or connectivity with Apple Health or Garmin Connect Apps to track body weight and workout length.

  • Outstanding!

If you love to lift, and want help building and maintaining your program, Juggernaut.ai is your dream app.

Only issue I’ve noticed recently is after updating to iOS 16 the timer is moving super quick - jumping down by two seconds for every second that passes. Other than that recent bug, it’s fantastic - the team is always making updates and improvements, and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Perhaps the warmup calculator, but I know that’s on the way! Thanks Team JTS!

  • This app will use all of your mobile data without warning

So installed the app to use with the free trial and on the first day the app has used 13GB of my data to download the instruction videos. This needs some compression or warning or only allow you to do this on WiFi as this is a crazy amount for 8 different exercises.

I’ll update my review once I’ve used this a bit more but this is a big no no for an app

  • Easily the best lifting app on the market

If you want to push your PRs on big compound lifts or see improvements in size and strength then move to this app. Much better than Fitbod, excel programs, etc
  • Healthy and Fit

A little talked-about benefit of Juggernaut AI. For me, its not just meet prep, or a lift PR. I’m a 43 year old, just married, new fitness business owner working 70 hours per week post-pandemic. Life has been stressful and trying much of the time, to say the least. My body has been inflamed and under-recovered much more than what was previously normal.

This program has helped me to rehab some injuries / substitute some exercises, adjust volume, and ‘dial it back’ when needed.. all while maintaining my bodyweight and muscle mass over the past few years. Most importantly, it has kept me between my MEV and MRV without me having to do any of my own calculations or programming.

..All for about $30 per month. For what I get out of this app, I would pay double (although I’m happy I don’t have to). Thank you to Chad and the staff for spending the amount of time and energy you have on the program.

  • Even if you’re a “beginner”, don’t be afraid!

As a relative novice lifter (just over a year), I wasn’t sure if Juggernaut would work for me - I was concerned I might be too early on. 8 weeks in and it’s looking like I was dead wrong! It’s taken my total from 495kg to estimated at 532.5kg in 8 weeks, and I’ve definitely seen and felt the difference to how I was training before!

The microadjustments and personalisation are so clever, comparing to my partner (who is also a novice lifter using) and getting different training blocks, sets, reps and structure is cool and we both feel we are getting the most from this training.

Excited to see how we go when we get to test out in December! Hoping for some big numbers, but I’m well on the way to smashing my personal goals for the year, thanks JTS for that!!

The only thing I’d love to see as an improvement is a breakdown of what the “Class systems” are for each lift as they seem to have variation depending where you look on the web! Keep smashing it!

  • Poor polish

The app is weirdly buggy and broken. So if I workout every other day, and I start the program on Friday, the program will start me on “Day 3”, and skip other previous two days. Why, why am i not starting on day 1 of the program? Am i supposed to ignore it and continue? I trust that it will be a good program but for the amount that is charged, why is it so poor and unpolished?

    Developer Response

Hi there, If you start on a Friday it means that you missed prior training days this week and you get started on a preparatory week, with the missed training days skipped. If you need any more help feel free to check out the FAQ in the app or email support@jtsstrength.com Happy lifting!
