  • Love the program

    I’m still learning, but so far, love the app. Hit a p/r on squats at my mock-up meet 2 weeks ago. Set my next block for the end of the year, hopefully to jump my numbers up quite a bit in everything, plan on going back to my powerlifting coach to have him watch over me and see any mistakes I don’t catch myself, so hopefully I can find a meet next year to try out.

  • Things are starting to click

    Very much enjoy this program and it is well worth the money.

    After using 531 for a while I wanted to mix it up with something new (I felt I wasn’t recovering well and was tired all the time). JAI is the perfect fit for what I’m looking for at the moment. I like that you can go for traditional powerlifting or, as I chose, the power-building program with your desired mix of the two.

    I always had issues with cutting and keeping a good work out, the daily questionnaire and on the fly changes made by the app make for an appropriate work-load almost every time. I’ve lost about 17lbs so far while gaining strength.

    I enjoy my workouts, there’s a great amount of variety and I am suggested variations I’ve never utilized before. It’s nice to be able to change exercises if equipment is unavailable. Demos of each exercise are a nice touch.

    Very flexible, everything works solidly, and I am seeing the results I want to see. There really isn’t anything I dislike about it. My only challenges came with being really honest of RPE/RIR (which were new to me). Now that I have those dialed in, the workouts are tough but not insane.

  • Never using anything else

    As a powerlifter/builder, this is amazing. I’ve been painstakingly making my own programs for years - worrying about managing fatigue on back to back days, picking the exercises that best address my weaknesses, wondering how to structure micro and meso cycles in a way that best fits me. This thing does it all. I feel like a paid promoter, but I’m just a dude who now has so much mental space cleared up from programming. It’s the next best thing to having a good coach to talk to every workout.

  • Running for over a year

    Really enjoying this. Been running it for over year now. Seeing good progress and it never feels stale. 👍🏻
  • Please fix auto timer

    Great app! But I hate having to select auto timer for every exercise! Should be an option to have r auto timer always on!!!

  • The greatest training program I’ve ever used

    JuggernautAI is the training program I wish I had through my entire powerlifting journey for this last decade. It is not only individualized for the person, but anyone of all ages, experience levels, genders, and more can use it for promised incredible results. There is a powerbuilding, a BJJ, and a powerlifting option all included. It’s like a coach with you by your side the entire time without the heavy price. I have been using JuggernautAI for a little over 2 years and it has added pounds on pounds onto an already solid lift total. You tell the program how you feel each day and it will adjust to your needs. If you haven’t taken the leap yet, I highly recommend you stop waiting and get your hands on the most intelligent program that now exists.

  • Powerbuilding Didn't Work For Me

    For whatever reason the powerbuilding app CRUSHES me with volume no matter what parameters I set up. That being said I was a D1 pitcher so Ive always been stronger and more explosive but with pretty garbage endurance in comparison. But like 5 exercises + 2 powerlifting strength movements? Come on that's junk volume at that point. When they set up the powerbuilding they clearly did not think through how the MEV for hypertrophy and strength is a lot different. Also they don't seem to factor in warmup sets. Furthermore the option to only focus on one group of muscles only within a cycle is ridiculous. I'm 22 and have only been training for 2 years... I can focus more than one place. I did check out the powerlifting side of the app and that looked much better.

  • Best training tool I’ve used

    This app has completely changed my approach to training. No longer always chasing PRs in training. Instead, the app takes into account multiple life and training factors, and from there gives a range of lifting numbers that more aptly fit that days training. It’s adaptability to the individual lifter makes this app the top training AI out there. I would recommend this to any novice, intermediate, and even advanced lifter.

  • Missing one thing

    Program and system is almost perfect. This may be an individual issue but it would be nice if the system gave you suggestions on how to properly warm up to your working sets. Maybe I’m just too early into the program and its still trying to figure me out but I don’t see that being the case.

    I know a general idea of what I need to do before my working weight but maybe not the novice lifter or someone helping someone just starting out. It can be something as simple in the notes saying, “work up to normal set with these %’s of your working weight” or something like that.

  • Easy to use & excellent execution

    Extremely impressed with how intuitive this app is, it’s stability, and everything baked into the app. The training is well thought out, and really adapts to your individual training style. Especially as someone that trains with RPE, it’s really nice to have the app do the calculations for me and recommend weights based on my previous performance. Hats off to the juggernaut team on this one.
