  • Awesome…but missing some basic features

    First off, I love this app. The workouts are challenging but I don’t need 1,000 spreadsheet anymore to build my plans. This is kind of “set it and forget it.” The program is hard, but if you’re honest about your RPEs and other inputs, it’s all doable. It pushes me in just the right way and I’ve gotten more gains with this than on any other app I’ve tried.

    My biggest complaints are just that it’s missing some features I think all fitness apps have nowadays:
    - No Apple Health (or any other app) integrations. This makes it a pain if you’re a multi-sport athlete. I am constantly, manually entering stuff into Strava and Apple Health
    - No rack calculator. I have to use another app for that
    - No workout timer. I have to manually set a timer to know how long I worked out
    - No volume summary at the end of my workouts (related to the first point; I have to manually track all this stuff)

    So in summary, the app took away all the effort and time put into workout planning, but traded it off for manually tracking all my numbers *after* every workout. Still worth the money imo for the program, but for such a high price, I do expect more of the common features most fitness apps consider table-stakes.

    It’s simply the best.
  • Pretty good, could be better.

    This is by far the most in depth training app you will ever find. Good movements, good rest periods, good everything. However my personal problem is that it doesn’t allow me to train as intensely as I would like. The weight that I am told to put on tinge bar never brings me to failure or close to it. I am going to start putting my own numbers on the bar (or just add 20lbs to whatever they have up there) and see if that allows me to create better progress and intensity. Amazing app and it’s taught me quite a lot about how to fix imperfections in your lifts and weaknesses. Although I think the best way to follow this app is with some flexibility and maybe push yourself a little harder then it tells you to. But number one listen to your body. The app does allow you to input how you slept and recovered etc and had you change how you train depending on that. But I could usually go harder then what it tells me. Maybe that’s just Bc I’m a young high school student or because I heal fast, but I can preform effectively even without the recovery it says I need. Overall it’s an incredible app, it’s not better then a (good) real life trainer but this is the best training app you will find.

  • Reinvigorated My Training

    As a gym owner and head coach I found I was putting my own training behind that of my clients (correctly, but no good for me 😬).

    I used the trail for the Juggernaut app and realised within 2 days I would be using it for the foreseeable.

    Would strongly recommend to anyone who is competent at lifting or any coaches who have lost their love of training themselves!

  • Best, safest way to get strong

    I followed this program for five months as a way to get back into lifting (following surgery on my ankle). It’s great programming that works, but IMO, what it does better than anyone is reduce the risk of injury via the combination of its RPE and periodization method. I have a hard time throttling back in my training, which often times leads to chronic pain from doing too much too soon. This offers a perfect way to pace. Slow and steady is the way!

  • Enjoying the Program

    Seems like a great program so far. Really enjoying it. The only improvement I’d like to see is some variation in t he warmups. Same thing every day gets a bit old.
  • I love this app.

    I am both a trainer and an athlete I absolutely love this app. I am a huge data nerd and being able to track so many things about my training is both impressive and incredibly easy on this platform. Complete with videos, coaching cues, and the ability to quick-swap exercises makes this THE best training app on the market. Thank you to all of the minds at Juggernaut Training Systems for this incredible resource.

  • Overvalued

    I was excited to see what this app had to offer, however, at first glance I could tell this app was not worth the $35 monthly subscription. I appreciated the easy to use interface but the programs feel very generic and they don’t offer much explanation for why your program was specifically designed for you. Also, the app felt incomplete after choosing to do planks for my ab exercise the app recommended I leave 4 RIR, that just doesn’t make sense. Overall, decent app and easy to use interface but it does not do much for intermediate to advanced lifters.
