  • Excellent

    I’ve tried a number of apps and spreadsheet programs but never enjoyed one until this.
    The tracking of fatigue is great and helps my awareness of my body and recovery. Allows me to swap exercises based on equipment in my home gym. The JTS library of articles and videos are top notch.
    I’m running this program for the first time and in week 2 of the strength block and my deadlift has increased 15 lbs for a double and bench has gone up 40 lbs.
    Looking forward to continuing to progress and seeing how this app gets even better.

  • Take…My…Money…

    I don’t have the money to hire a personal trainer nor do I have the time to detail out my own workout plan. Templates are okay and workout apps are junk. This app…by far… is the BEST workout application I have tried (and I’ve tried them all). Juggernaut did some amazing work here. The new power building option is my new best friend. If you’ve been searching for something to track your workouts and develop a workout plan for you then seriously… try this. You’ll be impressed.

  • Incredible app, incredible knowledge, incredible value

    The amount of knowledge that is jam packed into this handy little app is incredible. The programming itself is top notch by world class knowledgeable trainers. This isn’t your Instagram models fitness app, this is a serious app for serious individuals and at $30 a month, that is a steal. Follow the program, put in the work, eat right, get enough rest and reap the benefits.

  • Knocked it out of the park

    These guys have changed the game. This app delivers. It is flexible and extremely usable. I dont feel like im fumbling around with my phone in the gym. It is so easy to use. It takes your input and adjusts based on how youre feeling. And, the volume and weight each day seem about right. I love how i can change exercises on the fly. Just today, there were no hamstring curl machines available, so I changed it to DB RDL’s just like that. Really slick app. Stop screwing around and subscribe.

  • Just a dad

    The genius of this programming and its delivery via the app is that it works for competitive power lifters as well as 40 something dads like me that just like to lift weights. I used to subscribe to the spreadsheets but the app has opened up the delivery of programming to be flexible for someone like me. It’s worth every penny to know what my programming is, what movements to prioritize if I’m short on time and that I’m being efficient with my time in the gym.

  • Absolutely Worth Every Penny

    The options and personalization on this platform is insane. The app itself is just flawless, if you can’t do an exercise because you lack equipment it gives you so many other options to choose from. Detailed videos for each exercise with coaching points. The AI is great, if you do a preview of the workout you can see how your readiness scores change things. If your quads aren’t just right that day it’ll lower the volume or the prescribed weight. Finally the training program just works. Even in a hypertrophy phase the overload method allowed me add weight to the bar, beating the numbers I had before with other methods of training. Absolutely worth every penny and probably more. Don’t hesitate just download and get started.

  • Simply amazing

    I used to pay for programming with a trainer then wandered back into a bro split and just regressed. This app is a saviour for me as I need the planning done for me to maintain my training to a standard. The effort gone into this app is simply amazing, one of a kind and exactly what so many lifters need. Very well done to the team!!

  • Love this app but I wish...

    I wish the successive weeks would load the notes into the workouts from previous weeks. I put rest and feeling notes into every workout and I hate having to go back every week and see my notes. Also, it would be awesome if JuggernautAI and RP diet app would integrate. Don’t really know what that would look like but I use both so it would be cool. Also, adding specialty bar movements like the the Transformer bar! This may seem like an over critical review but the only way to make an amazing app better is to provide feedback! Regardless, take my money Chadbot I’ll keep paying the sub fee to reduce how much I have to think.

  • Next best thing to a personal trainer.

    Probably better than most personal trainers, actually.
    As a program designer and coach, I spend a lot of time developing programs for others, so I enjoy having mine done for me. It’s difficult to find something to follow that is truly tailored to an individual’s needs. Lots of programs, apps, and even trainers claim to be very tailored to the individual but it just isn’t true for most. This app covers ALL the bases. Safe for an advanced or novice lifter with demos, warm-ups, and DUP. LOVE IT
