Charged multiple times

I went to buy a pass for me and my wife, and when I first tried to do so it gave me an error message telling me to try again. I then tried again and was able to purchase two passes, but when I went to my passes realized I had been charged 3 times. After reaching out to Yodel support, they said that “Yodel Pass is not authorized to determine if a refund can be issued.” Which is absolutely ridiculous and infuriating since clearly this is a problem with the app and has happened before (look at the rest of these reviews!!)

Price gouging

If there are PlayStations at your lot, DO NOT USE THIS APP. I downloaded this app, then saw my parking would cost $12.35 through the app, but if I walked to the pay station at the lot parking only cost $8. More than 50% markup??? I deleted the app immediately.

Didn’t work

Didn’t work, payment wouldn’t go through tried many times. Not worth downloading.

Worst app ever

I am forced to give this app one star because I can’t give it a negative ten!!! It doesn’t allow you to link passes already bought. They make you share so much info. I literally want to go to the beach, not apply for a new passport. It might have been a good idea but the execution is horrible. Do better.

Horrible app

Worse app ever - I just want to pay for parking and you ask me to divulge so much information. What a disgrace… never parking here again

Unable to add existing “forever” passes

I have Senior passes to Mass Parks and National Parks. I have had them for years. It would like to be able to add them, but your system has not thought about that type of pass. Your help will be appreciated

Makes me log in again every time

Constantly makes me log back in which completely negates the convenience of using the app. Also verification email doesn’t get sent reliably.

Buggy

Wouldn’t accept 3 different credit cards and the error message was improper English and other than mentioning a credit card it was non descriptive. I need up using a machine in the parking lot and saved the processing fee charged by Yodle.

Ridiculous

Privacy invading overreach. I just want to take my family to the park with a permit in the window like I used to. With this partnership with Mass DCR I now need a mobile phone and to provide a mobile number, email, and license plate and location tracking — just to PARK A CAR at a public park. Elitist baloney for the wealthy. I’m also voicing my disapproval to DCR.

TRIPLE CHARGES

Went to buy a day pass and told me there was an error processing the payment and to try again. They charged me a total of 3 times and there is no where to get help or refunded! Don’t use the app just pay when you get to the place you want to go
