Incredible

I am a psychiatrist, and you have changed people’s lives by allowing them to have access to this wonderful resource for free. This is a true and genuine source of good in the world; I teach patients how to use this app all the time, and it is truly life changing. Thank you for your wonderful generosity, as it is rare that I can recommend free mental health apps, especially one as simple, scientifically based, and easy to learn from as this one.

Excellent

This right here is what I’ve been looking for, free, simple, and my OCD at work flares up with negative thoughts, I can use this on my break!

I haven’t properly invested into CBT outside of therapy, which was a while ago, this app allows me to manage it on my own.

I LOVE IT

I started doing EMDR a few months ago, so I downloaded this app to help me with my thoughts and negative patterns, it has been great!

I can challenge my patterns, create new thoughts, work on perception, and break self-blaming!! Use it, you will love it!!

Helpful to help with anxiety

This app isn’t a quick fix, but it certainly helps reduce anxiety and the way forward to trying to improve your quality of life. I find if I write one of my worries down, it lessens the worry for me. Really useful app and absolutely fab that it is free

Absolutely life changing

Thank you

What an amazing app—exactly what I was looking for. A simple CBT journal to take my thoughts out of my head and put them to paper.

If you’re looking for feature ideas:

1) dark mode
2) some sort of analytics, that maybe tracks thoughts over time, or most common thinking traps?

Thank you so much.

Exactly what I wanted!

Simple, ad-free, and exactly what I wanted. This app provides a way for us to jot down intrusive thoughts whenever they happen, and then massage them out. The force of sound reasoning, and the simple, intuitive UI of this app are very much appreciated!

Amazing app

YES!! THANK YOU! All iPhones should come with this app pre-installed. We should be teaching CBT in school.

Sadly, only those of us yearning for coping techniques dedicated to healing will find it.

I’ve used this app for years. I finally got so good at doing CBT in my head, realizing when I’m triggered and pausing before acting. But after a breakup it left me on edge and I needed to download this again to get back in the habit.

My advice: learn CBT, use this daily until you get good at doing this naturally. If/when something comes up, download again and start using until you’re better. It helps and I’m so grateful.

Perfect.

I’ve been using this for about six months and it has made such a difference! Beautifully simple and very intuitive. I recommend this to anyone that is interested.

God send for someone who does not think before they act

This app has helped me so much to start to correct my cognitive distortions it has given me an idea of what to expect when I start CBT.

Not only does it list all the cognitive distortions in detail so that you can educate yourself on them it also allows you to break down your thoughts and challenge them .

I love this app so much thank you for making it :)
