Thank you sincerely

I have been journaling for as long as Highschool, but somehow recording my negative thoughts here and being able to turn it completely around in two prompts is kind of magic. Thank you sincerely for making this app free and ad free.

simply a well-designed process

I rely on myself a lot. This simple app helps. It does not require a lot of time: just a brief process of self-reflection about a bad-habit thought. So doing, you add to a list of sheerly positive thoughts, which may be revisited for reinforcement. That list has helped me adopt positive thinking more than worrying about my negativity ever did.

Jo

I have found this completely ‘FREE’ app really helpful with managing my anxiety. It has enabled me to think through a situation logically and it calms my mind and usual flight response to situations.

Amazing app!!

Best parts about this app: it’s free and it works! It’s a great free tool that actually helps combat the inner demons that infect your mind. It’s honestly a crime more people don’t know about it.

Great

Does the job so simply, this app is amazing. It doesn’t over complicate to justify the need for a subscription, it just does what it says on the tin. Thank you for making this, it has helped me a lot.

FREE CBT

I appreciate this app has been made, without adverts and completely free…

To the creators, I thank you for understanding what people who take the strength to reach out for help actually need!

So so refreshing!

Been using for just over 24hrs and it’s helping me determine what is and what isn’t important.
