This is such a simple and easy to use app that immediately helps me reframe unhealthy thoughts. I just canโ€™t recommend it enough for anyone who is trying to reframe their automatic thoughts

Helpful app

This app is easy and quick to use. It helps you to focus on a problem of your choosing, such as feeling overwhelmed by things to be done in a given day, and to come up with a rational solution of your choosing.

Easy to use and perfect for CBT

This app is set out in a nice simple manner, it is easy to use and has all the distortive thinking that you can select. I like how it shows the alternative thought in the main tabs

A Simple easy to use mood log! Amazing!

Great app with one major issue

When you swipe from the distortion page to the next one, I usually donโ€™t swipe from the very edge and that causes the app to select or deselect a distortion as I swipe to the next page. It seems like a major oversight in terms of UX.

To reproduce, put your finger in the middle and swipe left or right from the distortions page. Itโ€™ll select/deselect one of them which is really annoying.

Practice makes Progress

I love that this app provides guidance and reminders to practice your CBT skills. It allows you to be there for yourself when you need it the most.

Fantastic therapy tool

Amazing app. It is so simple, straight forward, and does the trick to direct the mind. I have recently started CBT in conjunction with medicinal therapy and this is working wonders. Kudos to the Developer.

Iโ€™ve been using this app for 24hrs, itโ€™s helping me to identify my unhelpful automatic thoughts, identify which cognitive distortions are associated with this automatic thought, itโ€™s helping me to put together a challenge to this automatic thought and cognitive distortions and asking me to write an alternative thought that is more helpful to me and my outlook.
This is really helping me to navigate my life in a healthier way psychologically, THANKS TO THE TEAM WHO MAKE THIS RESOURCE FREE AND OPEN SOURCE :) YOU ARE AMAZING!
