  • Horribly outdated

Really does not support 5g ??? Really??? 🤡 come on and fix the app or just remove it , stop embarrassing your company. I’m finding 0 value on this hot tub app! It is garbage 🗑️
  • Can’t use with new spa

This is ridiculous, won’t work with my new spa because I have 5g. Update your app!!!
  • The App is crap

The app is a piece of crap.
    Won’t connect most times.
    Won’t accept my password sometimes.
And just refuses to stay connected.
The worst app so far that I have encountered
  • Please get on board with 5ghz WiFi

This app is completely unusable unless you have 2.4ghz wifi. This review is a plea to the app engineers to please update the app so that it can be used with 5ghz and I will love you forever! I’ll also update my rating!
  • Not perfect though does the job.

I've had our spa for about a year now and I'm satisfied. As far as the app; it works for me most of the time though has its glitch's. It does connect to my Netgear router with no problem, which has 2.4 and 5 GHz. 👍🏼
  • Cant connect to WiFi.

5GHz WiFi has been pretty standard since 2009. Why this tub only supports 2.4GHz is beyond me but nonetheless, most modern routers both support 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi and transmit both under the same SSID, my router being one of them. There should be no reason why my new hot tub cannot find the 2.4GHz WiFi being transmitted by my router. Nonetheless, I haven't been able to setup the app because it cannot find any of my WiFi networks (I have multiple that all function properly but aren't picked up by the hot tub). Kindly fix this and I will happily add more stars.

  • Update

Will not work on 5g wifi!!!
  • Won’t connect to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi

I can’t get passed the Wi-Fi connection step. Haven’t been able to use the app at all.
  • Useful but painful interface

We enjoy our hot tub and this app does what we need but there are serious interface issues and bugs.
Main bug I’ve found is overlapping schedules are detected even if there is no overlap - seems like the math on hours is off by one so leave at least one hour between heating and sanitation cycles.
Overall interface is very slow and unresponsive like there is some loading process that needs to happen before you can press a button.
Schedules can’t be edited without deleting and creating a new schedule.
Changing the current temp target seems to create some sort of overriding schedule that then breaks other schedules.
No reminder option to check water or filters.

I think what we need is a web interface or open the API so someone can create a better experience.

  • Non-functional on newer versions of iOS

Pretty much in the title - h this doesn’t work with newer versions of iOS - very disappointing that Intex isn’t apparently even bothered to fix this. No one in customer support can tell me when or if they’re delivering an update.
