New spa, can’t log in app won’t let me
Tried with for an hour on my iPad, nothing, was finally able to establish an account on android but couldn’t link to spa. Tried to long into my account on my iPad with the app, it’s grayed out and won’t let me log into an existing account. Terrible app. PatheticSwapwap
Not Quite There
Idea is there
The interface matches the controls, which is nice. Makes it user friendly. However- you’ll have to log out and in the app to get updated feedback.
We had the same issue of using it one day, to keep track of the temperature while we were out and about.
Then same night of first use, I used it to turn on jets.
Next day, app says it was “Offline.”
I had to remove and re-pair the device.
But once I checked it from work, it said offline again.

App never finds spa
After multiple attempts on multiple devices spanning iOS and Android, cannot get the app to find my intex spa. I’ve got my network setup so the 2.4ghz and 5ghz are different names/networks and have been trying to get the spa to connect to the 2.4ghz network, as it’s not compatible with the 5ghz. And whenever the app gets to the point of searching for the spa, it never finds it (Wi-Fi symbol on control panel is slow blinking as per instructions). Tried everything and nothing changes.
How can you advertise a capability (and a simple one at that) and have it not work? Such trash.Show lessnlang_usmc
Worthless App
This app fails to connect. I’ve done all the right things yet it still won’t connect. Intex knows this app doesn’t work properly but STILL refuses to fix it. FIX IT INTEX!!JBNETH

Nice feature but can’t add device in iOS16
I like having the wifi control of my hot tub, but had a ton of issues trying to reconnect my hot tub after upgrading to iOS16. I had to reconnect on an old device to get it to work againjaredvxd
Can not connect to 2.4Ghz WIFI
Only have 2.4Ghz wifi network enabled. Error message “Device WIFI status: Not connected” when attempting to add spa. This is despite app simultaneously stating that “Device WIFI Status: Connected” before attempting to add spa.Rod620
