Doesn’t work
Can’t get the spa to connect after several times trying.cadetlee2003
App doesn’t consistently work.
Times out or closes in the middle of using it. The actual hot tub I purchased that matches with this app is amazing. 5 star product, but never stays connected, rendering the app useless. I’ve just given up on setting, resetting and resetting my network for this, just to have it do the same again in a day. It’s a shame, would be a great perkShow lessER nik26
Garbage
Don’t buy the spa for this feature. Their support is non existent. I had a previous spa by them that I purchased in 2018. The pump went, so I bought this one on sale. Had it connect for one day. Cannot get it to reconnect. Moved my router to 10 feet away with long cable. Will not join with iPad or iPhone. Horrible appShow lessfrankyspoon
Slow, disconnected spa, can’t be used when really needed

Does not work
App does not find my spa control panel. Wifi is on on the control panel blinking slowly. App searches and times out with “Cannot find product”MushOn
Worthless
Won’t connect to a mesh router using 5Ghz. Pulled out an old Apple Airport Express with 2.4Ghz. Still won’t connect. Tech support for the app is nonexistent. Absolutely worthless.debjo18

Horrible
How can you create an app that does not support 5G, as well as not give an option to select which I can can select/choose to connect with. (i.e. my 2.4G network) Horrible, horrible…. Horrible!!!!
In todays world, how hard is it??? Intex, you’re a large enough company that you can afford//figure out the corrections needed in order to make this App useful.
Why offer a control base that has the option to connect to an App if, your App is not up to date with the times…?Show lessAP soon to be X Intex owner

Waste of time and patience
Anyone actually got this to work. I finally after a few weeks got past the wifi to finding product and it couldn't find my spa.Xero14
