Why even have an app?!
Why even have an app? It’s worthless! Never works. Freezes up. Veeerrryyyy slow to respond when and if it does work. But it’s so slow to respond that it ends up freezing up. Hey INTEX don’t you have IT people on staff? Please fix this horrible app!Pecoch

When it works…
App is ok… when you can actually login. Most login attempts don’t work or time out. App responsiveness is slow one in. You hit a button only to hit it a few times before it finally responds.Koolk5
App won’t open anymore
I’ve tried updating the app, restarting my phone, reinstalling the app. Everything I can think of. The app will work once and then the next time I can’t log in. I tried clicking on app support and it takes me to the Intex website but there’s no link for app support. Useless app now. Used to work, now it doesn’tShow lessShellBell36

Very frustrating
I’m unable to connect this app to my spa. It says “unable to find product”
Please fix this as I’m annoyed the wifi feature isn’t working. It was one of the reasons I chose this hot tub over others.LMS_CTI
Buggy and Fiddly
Great idea, poorly executed. Eg. Unable to edit a schedule once created. Get error “schedule conflict” on editing or creating. And no option to delete a schedule. Still get the error even when have turned off the schedule.
However if you do want to just use it as a remote and check on the temperature, this works and is handy. Although it is slow to register.Show lessJoPzebedee
