  • Used to use it every day

    I used to use this app every day but I really hate some of the recent updates. I do not want to track my “Active Hours”, that isn’t what I downloaded this app for and it’s really demoralizing to log in and be scolded that I am “very sedentary”. Tracking active hours should be a separate app, or at least you should be able to disable this feature. I have a busy schedule and I do not want to worry about trying to get consecutive hours.

    I also hate how I can no longer see my history of how many stretches I’ve completed. You used to be able to see a whole month and now you can only see the current week, so there’s less of a sense of maintaining a streak.

    Finally, something is wrong with how the exercises are randomized. It used to cycle through all of my selected exercises but now almost every time it gives me the chest opener exercise, or sometimes it tells me to “take a walk” (which I have disabled in settings so I should never even see that option). The randomization was a huge feature to me because it prevents me from overthinking what I should do. But it’s been totally busted for months.

    I originally loved this app enough to find the price it worth it, but now I rarely use it anymore because it just isn’t doing what I bought it for. Will definitely not be renewing my subscription and honestly wish I could get a refund.

It’s unfortunate to hear you don’t like the “active hour” feature as we intended it to give users awareness into their sitting habits and promote reduction of prolonged sedentary time. Not to make you feel bad. For the history of the activity break goals, that will be returning in a future update. As for the randomization of the exercises, that bug should have been resolved in a recent update. We do have a big update coming out next week which I can guarantee will not have this problem.   • some improvements needed

    1. Vibrating alert needed (both for starting of a break and finishing of walking). The sound alert will stop any audio playing on the phone, and there’s no vibration on silent mode.

    2. App lag behind when running in the background during walking break. After reaching preset steps and switching back to the app, despite it showing walking finished, the audio cue still says “time: xxx minutes, xxx more steps to go”.

  • I like it and it’s very helpful

    I have been using the app for almost a month now and after the trial I subbed for the year. The price was good and I thought pretty fair.

    The exercises and stretching are great and I have been having soreness and it’s very tight. The exercises seem to be helping and I have seen a marked improvement.

    I do have some bug reports, suggestions/wishes:
    * The coach voice and the timer/switch voice go out of sync. Sometimes it won’t say to switch. Or if I do a steps set the time alerts won’t announce at all, or will announce after the set is done.
    * is the step count accurate because it seems off.
    * I wish it connected to my iWatch

  • This would be a five star but…

    I love this app. Like others, I tend to get engrossed in my work or studying and forget to move for hours. This really helps and I like a lot of the exercises. The only reason this isn’t a five star review is because I have customized my list of exercises as directed but exercises not on the list keep getting put in the queue. What’s the point of having that feature if it doesn’t work? Wasted time.
  • Helps me to get up and be healthy

    I really need this app because I sit too much during the day and is not healthy. With this app, it reminds me to get up and move around which is great for me. I like to just do the walking, so I disabled everything except for walking so now every hour, it just reminds me to walk in if you set it for a certain amount of steps which is great for example if you set it for 1000 steps you can walk 500 and then you just walk back and then by the time you’re back you’ll have finished the thousand steps. It’s very accurate.
  • Fantastic all around!

    I love this app. It allowed me to try it a bit before requiring a purchase. It is easy to use and not filled with annoying alarms and reminders. You can customize quite a bit or just let it work “out of the box” which it does well. I have enjoyed being reminded to leave my desk (gently) and guided on how to move and stretch for just a couple minutes. This is perfect for anyone needing to move more during their work day!
  • Awesome App!

    I’m really bad about remembering to take little breaks from my desk when working from home. This app reminds me and even gives me stretches to do to help keep me healthy. I have the free version now but, I’m seriously considering upgrading because I love it and I want to customize my breaks.
  • Life Saver!

    I have a desk job. I generally sit for over seven hours a day. I get so involved in my work I often forget to stand up or walk or move. This app has changed everything for me. It’s easy to use, it’s structured in a way that makes you want to stop and move. It’s simple yet very effective. This app has improved my stiffness significantly. My body is more flexible and less achy. I’m a sixty one year old woman so some of the more difficult moves I alter in ways that I can manage. I’ve tried lots of apps and videos but none gave me the ease of use or the desire to continue until this one. I highly recommend trying this app! I’m so thankful I did!
  • Great app

    I’m really enjoying it so far, but I’m a little frustrated that I can’t adjust my schedule after setting it initially. I work from home and set my own hours, so I would like the flexibility of adjusting my work hours whenever I choose. It might just be a glitch, but it’s one that needs to be fixed if so. Other than that, this app works great for me!
