    I’ve only had this app for a few days and I love it! It is the perfect forcing function for me to take a break from work and move my body!
  • Would love Apple Watch integration

    I love love this app! I use the walk break the most and I love how it actually counts your steps to make sure u take that break. It would be absolutely awesome if you guys could make this work with Apple Watch as the native stand reminder only goes off per hour and even then it sometimes doesn’t work.

    This app is free and provides simple stretching and breathing exercises that I can do during my work day with minimal interruption. I have the app set to alert me every 30 minutes to spend 3 minutes of self care, and I feel amazing after each session. I highly recommend this app, especially for people who spend much of their day sitting.

    This app does exactly what it promises Currently WFH with primarily sitting job that is very busy. App reminds me to move and breathe and stretch. As someone in healthcare, I find the stretches well designed and instructions easy to understand. The prompts are super useful. If I can’t physically do an exercise, it is easy to skip or modify it. Downloaded for trial and purchased by the end of that same day. I am using this app daily and love it! ps I also love little details like your logo on the instructor’s shirt 🙂

  • Great investment in your health

    This app is a great way to minimize the long term health impact of too much sitting. Perfect for office workers or other sedentary people, the app reminds you to get moving for a few minutes every hour, or however often you want. The paid version includes actual guided movement and breathing exercises - totally worth it.

  • Really helps with joint pain

    Love this app! I have a lot of joint pain and the stretches have really helped when I’m working at my desk. It’s one thing to be reminded to stand every 50 minutes or so, the difference with this app is they will walk you through the exercises.

  • Makes my day wonderful

    I wasn’t confident that this app would help me but I thought I’d give it a try. It has worked amazingly for me!! The psychology of knowing I get to move and stretch every 30 minutes keeps me much more concentrated. And after a week I am happy so see the tightness in my shoulders and neck improving. No more tension headaches for me!! Thanks for keeping this app so simple but effective!!
