  • Great app!

    Great app to remind you to get out of your chair especially if you work from home like me. When I do work in the office, I can’t exactly do all the workouts in my cube, so I walk around the office or outside, or I do the breathing exercises. I hope this company makes an Apple Watch app that way I don’t need to use my phone app as well as capture Active Calories burned when doing a workout. It maybe one or two Active Calories per workout, but at least it is something.
  • I’ve noticed a positive difference

    Being reminded to get up and move every hour is really great. I have more energy and I feel a lot better than previously.

    I forget to move during the day & this keeps me on track. If not im only moving when i need to go to the bathroom 😬
  • What a clever idea

    “Exercise snacks” makes you feel so good with only a little effort. “Easy” and “feel good” generally don’t belong in the same sentence as “exercise” for us sloths. I already feel better. When you sit in front of a monitor all day, not moving, you will be amazed at how good this feels. Surprising. Cool app!!
  • Loving this app so far

    Stumbled upon it while looking for similar apps. Tried out several. Deleted several after trying them but kept this one. If I continue to like this one I plan on buying a subscription to it to help support it and myself.

    One con: no female yet (but app says one is coming) I really would like to have that option. It would be an addition that leaned me towards a subscription.

    It’s an easy way to keep from getting tense all day at work! App is easy to use and I really like the exercises!

    Love the app to keep me stretched during the day. Sitting at a desk all day is tough on the body, this app helps keep me lumber. Only complaint is the premium subscriptions cost.

    I love this app it prompts me as I have it set for every hour to get up and move from my desk
    Exercises are easy to follow and gives me a burst of Energie I have been using it for maybe 3 weeks now and I can feel the difference in my joints and body
