I’d give it ZERO STARS if I could!
I have been trying to activate this watch for my son since I got it a few days ago. When I go to pay for the montly subscription that I want, this thing pops up saying “ Failed to place your Order
Your device is not able to be used at this time. Please contact Customer Service.”
And I’ve emailed the company multiple times and have yet to hear back from them! Shame on them! I bought this watch for the simple fact of that I can track him, make sure he’s safe, and so he has a cool watch. I’ll

Everything is great other than he’s only able to send voice memo and photo to me who created the account through the app. I want him to be able to message and send photos directly to all the people I’ve set up in his contact list. I can’t even make his father a guardian to also track his location or send him voice notes or pictures :(Developer Response

We bought two XG03s for our sons to track and communicate with them when they are at after school program. We were under the impression designated contacts could be communicated with, however no one but myself can even talk with the kids through message. Dad works out of town and he doesn't like that he can't get his messages through to the kids. Also school mode is terrible. It does not turn off when it is supposed to and most of the time we have to delete the cycle to even get the watch to go back to being able to be used. Even after updates. The app itself is very glitchy. For a month ours was down and we could not access our account to cancel the plan. Would love to keep these watches but we are very frustrated with the lack of ability for kids to freely message both mom and dad and grandparents when need be.Developer Response
