  • I’d give it ZERO STARS if I could!

    I have been trying to activate this watch for my son since I got it a few days ago. When I go to pay for the montly subscription that I want, this thing pops up saying “ Failed to place your Order
    Your device is not able to be used at this time. Please contact Customer Service.”

    And I’ve emailed the company multiple times and have yet to hear back from them! Shame on them! I bought this watch for the simple fact of that I can track him, make sure he’s safe, and so he has a cool watch. I’ll
    Probably be returning it.
  • I want to love this so bad

    Everything is great other than he’s only able to send voice memo and photo to me who created the account through the app. I want him to be able to message and send photos directly to all the people I’ve set up in his contact list. I can’t even make his father a guardian to also track his location or send him voice notes or pictures :(

  • Sadly disappointed

    We bought two XG03s for our sons to track and communicate with them when they are at after school program. We were under the impression designated contacts could be communicated with, however no one but myself can even talk with the kids through message. Dad works out of town and he doesn't like that he can't get his messages through to the kids. Also school mode is terrible. It does not turn off when it is supposed to and most of the time we have to delete the cycle to even get the watch to go back to being able to be used. Even after updates. The app itself is very glitchy. For a month ours was down and we could not access our account to cancel the plan. Would love to keep these watches but we are very frustrated with the lack of ability for kids to freely message both mom and dad and grandparents when need be.

  • Horrible app!

    My phone hasn’t been able to open this app for well over a week now. I click on it, it shows the loading screen and then just shuts off. I’ve tried deleting the app and all it’s data and reinstalling the app and it doesn’t help. I’ve tried restarting my phone several times, I’ve made sure my software is all up to date. No reason for this to happen.
    I literally can’t text my kids on their watches without this dumb app and can’t read their messages they send to me, let alone see their locations. Completely stupid and I’ll be canceling my service and trashing their watches as they have been so dumb and useless from the beginning.

  • Updates require removal and reinstallation

    The app works well enough for our needs, but with the last few updates on an iPhone 14, once complete, the app gives an error message saying it can’t find my account info. The only way to fix it seems to be deleting the app entirely and re-installing it.

  • App Issues

    I have been using the app for two weeks and the watches are able to send messages and I am able to see the message notifications on my phone but as I open the app to read the message, the message disappears. I am unable to see the watch on my app which I find weird I can see one of the children’s watches but not the other. Then periodically a message will come from the watch that I’m not able to see onto the messages of the watch that I am able to see. I am unable to respond to the messages as well. It shows up as “failed”. I would really like this issue fixed or I’ll be forced to return the watches. I have used troubleshooting and I’ve gotten nowhere.
  • Don’t get a new phone

    I got the watch for my daughter while she is at school and away from me while I work. It works good T-mobile isn’t the best service in my area. But the issue I have is that I had to get a new phone and even though they transferred everything to my new phone the app doesn’t work I can’t get her watch to come up on it and everything is grey out her watch works because I pay money every month but I can’t track her or anything else very upset about this
  • Updates fail

    Ever update seems to create more issues. The latest as of today (28Nov23) says it fixes a bug about loading device data. So after I update a error pops up saying the device data wasn’t loaded try again.
    Also, most every update I have to log out & log in again for my profile to load correctly.
    This is a pattern, patterns are created because intent or complacency.

    Aside from the update obstinance, the watch & the app have acceptable functionality.
  • App Doesn’t Work All the Time

    Always have trouble with the App connecting to the watch. I bought it because my son likes to play in the neighborhood with his friends and I wanted to be able to have a way of connecting with him. The App works sometimes. Even when my son is sitting right next to me it won’t connect. It’s frustrating because I’m paying for the service on his watch and I can’t even stay connected all the time. The app is updated, both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are on and it still doesn’t work. This happens more often than not. Very Frustrating! The watch won’t turn on and I’ve only had it for 4 months. Don’t waste your money, find a better product!
  • Can’t sign up

    I just bought this watch when I try to open a new account, a message pops up and says something went wrong!
