  • Email login disappeared

    Since the time I got x5 to track my kids, I have always logged in with my email. Since the last update, I got logged out and the email login disappeared.

    Need to login every time there r is an update and now this.

    The product itself is good for the purpose I got it for but has a lot of teething issues.

    Every update comes with a new surprise.

  • I can not even access this application as it’s supposed

    I wish they completely trashed out the current version of this application and replaced with new functioning one.
    No customer service number to contact for solution, no functioning solutions in any way.

  • Won’t receive verification code on my phone

    I have been struggling for 3 days with this app. I just want to setup this new watch before school starts. I am unable to receive this verification code and unable to proceed forward with further setup.
    I have tried contacting support but no other option than email. And support is not responsive.
    It’s really frustrating to say the least!
  • The activation code sent from the app to my phone #, is not working

    I have downloaded the app several times and tried to activate it using my phone number. The code that is supposed to arrive vía text, mecer does and I have not Benín Able to actívate the account and pair ny watch. I live in Colombia and am using a local number. But i also tried in the us with a local number and dos not work either. I have an iphone 12. What can I do?
  • App not sending the registration code to our cell phone number in US

    My daughter was so excited to have the X5 watch. We got the simcard as well. But for activating the watch you have to first register on the X5 app. While doing the registration on the app very first step is to enter our cell phone number and then the app is supposed to send us a code on our phone. We tried multiple times but we did not receive the code. My wife also tried on her phone but same issue. Now my daughter can not use the watch until it’s activated from the app and the app is not working. This is a very basic function to send a code to a cell phone number but still it’s not working
  • Will not send code to my cell to sign in

    Tried numerous times and I cannot get the app to send the code for signing up to my cell phone.

    I keep hitting resend and still haven’t received and I can’t go to the next step without it to activate
  • App needs some TLC for US users

    I love the concept of this watch/app but it could use some tweaking for US users. Dates are dd/mm/yyyy instead of mm/dd/yyyy, and the times are 24 hr not 12 hr.

    Also, there needs to be a way to block phone numbers. It seems my kid's phone number used to be a fax machine, and about twice a week the app tells me he gets 5-10 calls from the same number that's another fax machine. I have faxed the number to tell them to stop but the calls keep coming.
