  • App works intermittently

    I really like the idea of the Xplora watch and the App. The watch seems to work well but the App has problems. It only works some of the time, which is frustrating. My family only uses the app for communicating with my child who is wearing the watch. So, it seems about half the time we can contact her and the other times, we can’t! When the app is working, it’s been pretty easy to use though. It’s just not reliable. Also, it’s unclear how to contact customer support for help when the app isn’t working.
  • Very bad product

    We had to switch over to a gizmo watch. This watch is extremely unreliable. I can’t reach either of my kids in an emergency. The software updates require me to sign in repeatedly, which is a waste of time. Basically this product doesn’t work. Definitely do not recommend.
  • App not working

    The app shows nothing. It doesn’t have the watch for my kid. And it shows our profile as blank.
  • After update on 14Jul23 app doesn’t work

    APP won’t connect with watch anymore after update.
    Customer service is garbage & asks for information on the watch- which my child is wearing while at school to even start a problem ticket about the app. The chat robot is useless.

    My iPhone is to date, & apparently so is the app.
  • App not working

    App is not showing all (2) of the x6 play watches for my kids. Its blank now on the app. When tried to click on the app it says please wait a moment. Its been several minutes, tried closing app and reopen but still not showing

  • Love it, small improvements

    Overall we love the app and the watch. Honestly the only improvement I’d like is the ability to edit the quick text responses of the watch.
    Would like: yes, no, on my way (All the best is not a phrase used in the US, so that could be led out for this market.). Otherwise, it’s a really solid product that we love and I’ve recommended over and over to friends and family.
  • Getting better with each update

    Have to give credit where it is due. The app used to be very unresponsive, geolocation was imprecise at best, and the app would log you out for no reason and would not remember your login data. All small but frustrating details of which many have been now resolved. It’s still not perfect but far better than once ago. Kudos to the dev team.
  • Not worth the money

    This watch doesn’t keep time . And the date always goes back to the 1st. Also the steps don’t get saved. I go on the site and it always shows 0 steps Save your money .
  • Poor app

    The app will not let me reset my password. Or keep on giving me an error Message “ERROR! Invalid Request”. I can’t get through to a person or a computer to help me reset. Such a waste of money.
  • Always a problem

    Don’t waste your money on this company. Website and app are crap. The tracking works off and on, it will randomly just not show a location in the app. Logging in is also the worse. It will say this email already has an account but then you go to reset and says you don’t have one. It’s all wonky and just feels super China. As in doesn’t work very quickly and you’re still paying, then all this time passes trying to make it work and then giving up. You realize it’s been a year and you have paid someone for nothing but a headache
