Horrible Customer Service
A payment was pending for a purchase for days so I messaged the seller as well as the support team and both ghosted me. I had to work with the bank to get the charge off and I never got an answer from ShopThing.Geenayum
Poor customer service
If your feel like giving away money. Then you’ve come to the right app. All good things must come to an end is the saying and it’s right. I bought a purse. And seems like customer service along with the women advertising all do not respond to messages when there is an issue. But trust me. It was a good app until they stop responding about your orders. Great concept
I enjoy the app but the items Ive received are either returned damaged items or faulty in some way. I may order from them again but I’m not sure.Neeeeeeeeks
Great concept, not so great app
I like the concept of shopping live sales but the app is not great. I’ve downloaded and deleted it twice. You can’t search for things. I watched one buyer and wanted to follow her, but I couldn’t click on her name to see more of her content. The home page showed the same story all day that I had to click past every time I opened the app. It’s easier to shop on Instagram - the only real benefit to the app is getting early access to sales.Shannabelle

I liked this concept at first and have made many purchases, but if you go back and look at my order history half of my orders have been canceled due to sizing issues, mistakes on sizing and one didn’t even have a legit reason it was just canceled and every time I reach out I get an automotive like response. Also, the shipping time takes so long I just made purchases in the beginning of June and they’re not even pending yet alone shipped out. I really like this concept, but I might have to try some other platform :/elikaakh

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that your experience with us was less than exceptional. There are definitely scenarios where there is a chance that your order may get cancelled due to retailer inventory errors and at times we take the extra few days to see if we can source that item for you from another location.
