Honestly I’m so confused. Made my first purchase more than a week ago. I have made the payment and I don’t know anything else. No one to contact. I’ve sent several email. No one responds! I’m genuinely confused now is this even legit?

I would love to get your update feedback after your items arrives :)I purchased a bag as a gift in Oct 2021. Upon my inquiry, they said they will include Celine white paper bag, which they didn’t. The bag came in a dust bag, inside a carton box. When I opened it, it had a flaw, scratch on the leather, on the front. I gifted the bag as is since I didn’t have time to source any other gift. Gift receiver had to pay $$$ to correct the scratch on the leather. In the end, it is not a deal since there is no accountability and you don’t know what you are getting.

The Instagram doesn’t even show any women of color shop luxury .
The app crashes all the time & moves so slowly.
The app fees are ridiculous.
Price gets almost doubled with fees etc. really not honest in posting price first.
I really wish I could give this app a great rating, because the idea of it seems amazing. But the app ruins it for me, it’s super glitchy, once your in someone’s live there is no way to go back without force closing the app, freezes/crashes all the above.. unfortunately I haven’t even purchased anything off the app because I’m so turned off with how unreliable the app is why would I want to risk putting my money on it too!

If I go in and out of the main “live” it brings bring me back to the very beginning and to get back to the end is not easy. Either tapping a ton on the right, or if I use the arrow down to get the items bar it’s super touchy and closes every other second. I kept “losing” the item i wanted to buy in the huge que of live items. Hope that makes sense. Bc it’s supppppper frustrating. Otherwise it’s an amazing idea and great app.

I have made 4 purchases on this app and the shoppers have been fantastic. When purchasing it does let you know shipping times. Since I am in the US it takes a little longer but the deals are great !
It’s got it’s good and bad, but overall, totally recommend for anyone who loves investing in designer goods.
Pros
- you can find some fantastic deals on here
- great product selection for the most part
- thus far, no issues with their sellers or customer service
Cons
- terrible app - it’s super slow and jams up constantly
- shipping to the US from Canada has taken over two months before
- shipping to the US from the US is also incredibly slow, about a month give or take
- the deals can sometimes not be worth it
Imagine working in fashion and your objective is to speak to people without having to see them. Sounds great if you know what you’re doing. The girls on this app can’t articulate a sentence, let alone know fashion terms. Their main vocabulary is “these ones”, “beg(not bag)”, “accent/detail”, “cute”, “love” and my personal favorite “absolutely”. Not an intelligent bunch and they can’t even list items correctly. If you see something for an amazing deal and buy it, but they made the mistake in the listing process they go ahead and charge your card for the amount it should have been listed for. Zero accountability on their end.
