Made tracking my lease easy
Instead of having to bust out my 15 year old mainframe to go on the internet, there truely is “an for for that”. I change pay my loan every month and have a handy dashboard to view the status of my purchase. Truly recommend!

Thank you for finally creating this app! Used for the first time today and it was so much easier to pay my bill. No 2 factor, waiting for email. I’m impatient sure. But super annoying. This app is excellent and easy to use. Do not mess it up please Ford

Not sure how long this has been out but it just popped up on my other ford app. It was a bit of a hassle paying through the ford pass app and I often wondered why there was not an app like this to make payments. THERE IS NOW!!!!! Excellent app! Easy to navigate! Etc. Thank you!!!!!! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
App doesn’t work
App and login don’t work. Tried logging in several times using my computer and app and it’s not emailing the code and the area where you put the code in isn’t showing up either. So annoying!

We are sorry to hear about your experience on January 17th. We are happy to report everything is back up and running since that date. Once you login with the code for the first time, you can opt in to Face ID within the app, and use that instead of the code for easier login going forward.
